• Adults-only Service: HentaiStudio is restricted to Users who are at least 18 and satisfy any higher legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.

• Performer records for permitted content: HentaiStudio does not create or claim to maintain performer identification records for a genuinely fictional character because no actual human performer participates in the depicted conduct.
• Unexpected or misrepresented content: Material that may involve an actual human being, a real-person likeness, identity-specific source media, or an uncertain origin is prohibited and may be restricted pending investigation.
• Reporting: Use the Report Content button on the affected character page, /feedback, the support chat in /profile, or the procedures at /dmca.

1. Purpose, scope, and current Platform model

1.1. This AI Content and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Compliance Statement (the “Statement”) explains the current factual content model used by HentaiStudio, the Platform’s rules concerning actual human performers and real-person source media, and the Operator’s fact-specific position concerning the performer-recordkeeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

1.2. HentaiStudio is an adults-only online platform through which registered Users submit and publish fictional character pages and related images, animations, videos, descriptions, tags, and metadata, and through which adult Users interact with fictional AI characters by private text chat.

1.3. All public character and gallery content is submitted through the Upload page by registered Users. Under the current operational history represented by the Operator, the Operator has not submitted public character or gallery content. Platform software, interfaces, legal pages, safety notices, moderation records, technical assets, and branding are separate from User-Uploaded Content.

1.4. Published character pages ordinarily display the Uploader’s public username or attribution identifier and the upload or publication date. HentaiStudio may correct, anonymize, replace, or remove public attribution where reasonably necessary for Account deletion, privacy, safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical migration, or protection of another person’s rights. Public attribution provides transparency but does not independently verify legal identity, ownership, authority, source, age, or the accuracy of certifications.

1.5. HentaiStudio does not offer a real-performer marketplace, webcam-performer service, creator subscription service, escort service, real-person dating service, performer recruitment program, or feature through which an actual human performer is authorized to submit or sell explicit depictions of that performer.

1.6. The only public adult visual content permitted by Platform rules is content represented and reasonably assessed as synthetic, AI-generated, digitally created, illustrated, animated, rendered, or otherwise fictional and depicting only clearly adult fictional characters.

1.7. This Statement describes the current intended and enforced Platform model. It does not certify the factual origin of every submission merely because a Uploader labels it “AI,” “fictional,” “animated,” “original,” or “18+.” Uploader certifications are contractual representations and risk controls, not conclusive government determinations or substitutes for legal compliance.

1.8. Nothing in this Statement permits content involving a minor, a minor-looking or age-ambiguous character, an actual person, identity-specific real-person source media, non-consensual intimate material, an unlawful deepfake, infringement, exploitation, or any other content prohibited by law or the incorporated Platform policies.

• Platform category: Adults-only UGC hosting and fictional AI-character entertainment platform.
• Public content source: All public character pages and gallery media are submitted through the Upload page by registered Users. HentaiStudio provides the technical platform but does not itself upload public character or gallery content under the current operating model.
• Permitted depicted persons: Wholly fictional characters who are clearly represented and reasonably appear to be adults aged 18 or older.
• Actual performer content: Prohibited under the current Platform model.
• Real-person sexual deepfakes and fake nudes: Prohibited, including face swaps, undressing, identity-specific image-to-image transformations, and celebrity or private-person likenesses.
• Policy review trigger: Any proposal to allow actual performers, real-person source media, verified creator accounts, or another materially different content model requires a new legal and operational review before launch.

2. Permitted synthetic and fictional content model

2.1. Permitted public adult media must depict a fictional digital or illustrated character rather than record an actual human performer participating in the depicted actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

2.2. Permitted content may be created using generative artificial intelligence, digital drawing, animation, 3D rendering, original digital composition, editing, enhancement, upscaling, color correction, or other digital production methods, provided those methods do not use an actual human being as the performer portrayed and do not create prohibited real-person explicit content.

2.3. An “AI-generated,” “animated,” “rendered,” or “digitally manipulated” label is not decisive. A digital file can still depict an actual human being or derive from identity-specific source media of an actual person. The factual source, depicted identity, and production method control the compliance analysis.

2.4. A fictional character does not possess a passport, government identification document, legal birth date, performer alias, employment record, model release, or consent form. The character’s stated adult age is a fictional content classification and safety representation, not a claim that a digital persona has real-world identity documents.

2.5. HentaiStudio does not authorize Uploaders to photograph, film, scan, motion-capture, record, direct, recruit, or otherwise use an actual person to create explicit material for publication through the current Platform.

2.6. HentaiStudio also does not authorize Uploaders to transform identity-specific photographs, video frames, face scans, body scans, voice recordings, or other personal source media of an identifiable person into explicit content, regardless of whether the resulting file is described as synthetic or AI-generated.

• Fictional identity: The character name, biography, age, appearance, personality, story, and relationships are fictional.
• No performer transaction: No actual person is authorized to be hired, contracted, directed, photographed, filmed, scanned, recorded, or paid to participate in the depicted conduct for a HentaiStudio submission.
• No identity substitution: A fictional character must not be presented as an explicit version of a real person, celebrity, influencer, performer, creator, private individual, or identifiable source subject.
• Generic similarity: Incidental similarity based only on common traits does not automatically establish identity, but credible likeness or source-media concerns may result in immediate restriction and investigation.
• Third-party model training data: This Statement does not make unsupported representations about every item that may have appeared in the training data of a general-purpose third-party AI model. It governs the Uploader’s selected inputs, references, workflow, depicted identity, and submitted output.

3. Overview of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75

3.1. Section 2257 establishes performer identity and age recordkeeping requirements for covered producers of specified matter containing visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. The statutory text expressly addresses digital and digitally or computer-manipulated images of an actual human being and requires records concerning each performer portrayed.

3.2. Section 2257A establishes related requirements for covered matter containing visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct. Its text likewise addresses digitally or computer-manipulated images of an actual human being and requires individually identifiable records concerning every performer portrayed where the section applies.

3.3. The implementing rules in 28 C.F.R. Part 75 distinguish primary producers and secondary producers, address websites and digitally or computer-manipulated images of actual human beings, prescribe identity and age records, record organization, retention, inspection, records-location statements, and limited certification procedures.

3.4. For covered material, Part 75 can require records concerning the performer’s legal name, date of birth, identification document, aliases, the depiction, associated URL or identifier, and original production date. It also prescribes record retention and a records-location statement for covered copies and webpages.

3.5. Part 75 contains exclusions for certain limited transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation activities without selection or alteration of content. It also treats editorial or managerial decisions concerning sexually explicit content as potentially relevant to whether a person manages that content. HentaiStudio therefore does not rely solely on a general statement that it is a hosting platform.

3.6. This Statement does not attempt to decide the legal status of prohibited, misrepresented, or unexpectedly discovered real-performer material by applying a broad hosting exclusion. Such material is outside the authorized Platform model and is subject to restriction, preservation where appropriate, investigation, and a separate legal review.

4. HentaiStudio’s fact-specific compliance position

4.1. HentaiStudio’s current, limited, fact-specific position is that performer identity, age-verification, recordkeeping, inspection, and records-location requirements under §§ 2257–2257A are not triggered by a genuinely synthetic, illustrated, animated, or rendered fictional depiction where no actual human performer is portrayed and no actual human being is depicted or digitally manipulated as the performer. This is an operational legal position, not a binding government or judicial determination.

4.2. Under that factual model, there is no actual performer for whom a producer could examine a government identification document, record a legal name and date of birth, identify performer aliases, or maintain performer-specific records.

4.3. This position must not be generalized to every AI-assisted, animated, illustrated, edited, synthetic, or computer-manipulated image. A file may still portray or derive from an actual human being, involve an actual performer, or present facts requiring a different analysis. This Statement is not a Department of Justice determination, court judgment, individualized legal opinion, advertising approval, or payment-provider approval.

4.4. The position applies only to content whose actual source and production facts match this Statement: no actual human performer, no depiction or digital manipulation of an actual human being as the performer, no identity-specific real-person source media, and no minor or minor-looking character.

4.5. HentaiStudio does not create fictitious performer identification records, false model releases, fictional passports, false dates of birth, false aliases, or a false records-custodian address for digital characters. Fabricating those records would misstate the production facts and would not establish legal compliance.

4.6. This page is not a certification submitted to the Attorney General under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A or 28 C.F.R. § 75.9. HentaiStudio does not claim the certification-based regime applicable to qualifying producers employing actual performers.

4.7. This page is also not the historical exemption statement described in 28 C.F.R. § 75.7 for specified pre-1995 or pre-2009 matter. HentaiStudio’s current position rests on the absence of an actual human performer in permitted content, not on the age of the material.

4.8. The absence of performer records for permitted fictional content does not reduce or replace HentaiStudio’s separate obligations and rules concerning child safety, illegal content, obscenity, intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, non-consensual intimate imagery, data protection, consumer protection, reporting, or cooperation with lawful authorities.

• Statutory records custodian for permitted synthetic content: Not designated. HentaiStudio does not claim to maintain covered performer records for genuinely fictional content with no actual human performer.
• Performer identification documents: No performer identification documents exist for genuinely fictional characters, and HentaiStudio does not represent that such documents exist.
• Performer releases: No human-performer release is created for a genuinely fictional character because no human performer participates in the production.
• Uploader Account and certification records: These may be retained as contractual, moderation, security, and provenance evidence but are not represented as performer identity records under §§ 2257–2257A.
• Scope limitation: This position applies only while every material factual statement in this Statement remains accurate for the affected content.

5. Uploader certifications, responsibility, and continuing duties

5.1. Before submission, a Uploader must affirmatively certify that the Uploader is an adult, holds every necessary right and authorization, has submitted only wholly fictional clearly adult content, has not submitted a minor or minor-looking character, has not submitted actual-person explicit or non-consensual material, and accepts responsibility under the Upload Rules and Terms.

5.2. The Uploader’s certification applies to every element the Uploader supplied, selected, controlled, or knowingly used, including the character identity, image, animation, video, source title, description, tag, prompt, reference, source file, edit, underlying work, model, checkpoint, LoRA, embedding, and other relevant input or production asset. It does not require the Uploader to make unsupported representations about undisclosed training data of a third-party general-purpose model outside the Uploader’s knowledge or control.

5.3. The Uploader must not rely on public availability, lack of a watermark, AI generation, another website’s publication, search-engine indexing, anonymous provenance, or a third party’s unsupported statement as proof that an actual person was not involved or that the Uploader has permission.

5.4. If any certification becomes inaccurate, or if the Uploader learns that submitted content depicts, identifies, derives from, or was created using an actual human being or identity-specific source media, the Uploader must immediately notify HentaiStudio, stop relying on the submission, cooperate with review, and provide truthful provenance information.

5.5. Uploader certification does not transfer HentaiStudio’s non-waivable legal duties and does not conclusively establish the legal status of a submission. It creates contractual responsibility and evidence that HentaiStudio may consider in moderation, enforcement, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

• Source transparency: The Uploader must accurately disclose whether the work is original, commissioned, licensed, AI-generated, digitally illustrated, animated, or derived from another source when requested.
• Evidence on request: HentaiStudio may request project files, generation records, original prompts, source references, editing history, hashes, licenses, assignments, releases, permissions, or other evidence reasonably necessary to assess origin and rights.
• No performer-document substitution: A Uploader’s Account age confirmation or government identification, if ever collected for Account purposes, does not prove the age or identity of a different person depicted in uploaded media and is not treated as a performer record.
• False certification: False, misleading, incomplete, or evasive certification may result in immediate removal, loss of upload privileges, Account termination, evidence preservation, indemnification claims, and other lawful action.

6. Actual persons, performers, deepfakes, and identity-specific source media

6.1. HentaiStudio’s current Platform rules prohibit explicit or intimate material involving an actual or identifiable human being, regardless of whether the person is an adult, consented elsewhere, is a public figure, works as an adult performer, or appears in publicly available source material.

6.2. The prohibition is broader than the question whether §§ 2257–2257A could theoretically be satisfied. HentaiStudio does not currently offer a pathway for Uploaders to submit real-performer content together with performer records.

6.3. A purported performer release, age-verification file, production record, or statement from a Uploader does not create a right to publish actual-person explicit content through HentaiStudio. Such content remains outside the authorized Platform model.

• No photographs or videos of actual people engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
• No sexual deepfakes, face swaps, body swaps, fake nudes, undressing, identity-specific inpainting, or explicit image-to-image transformation of a real person.
• No celebrity, influencer, creator, model, performer, private-person, former partner, acquaintance, employee, or other identifiable-person explicit content.
• No use of identity-specific photographs, videos, scans, recordings, face embeddings, body references, or voice data to create or modify explicit content.
• No revenge pornography, leaked intimate material, voyeuristic content, hidden-camera content, sexual extortion, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No representation that a fictional character is an official, licensed, endorsed, or participating version of a real person without lawful and explicit authorization accepted by HentaiStudio under a separately approved content model.
• No performer onboarding, performer marketplace, creator verification, model recruitment, webcam service, or submission of actual-performer records through the ordinary upload form.

7. Adult-character and child-safety standards

7.1. HentaiStudio is restricted to adults who are at least 18 years old and meet any higher legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.

7.2. Every character shown in a nude, romantic, fetish, or sexual context must be wholly fictional, clearly presented as an adult aged 18 or older, and reasonably appear adult based on the complete visual, narrative, behavioral, relational, and contextual presentation.

7.3. A stated age, biography, fictional species, time-travel explanation, reincarnation, disclaimer, or metadata label does not cure childlike, youthful, minor-looking, school-age, dependent, or age-ambiguous presentation.

7.4. Synthetic or illustrated origin does not make sexualized minor content lawful or acceptable. HentaiStudio prohibits sexual content involving an actual minor, identifiable minor, fictional minor, minor-looking character, age-ambiguous character, or material otherwise prohibited by applicable child-protection law.

7.5. Child-safety uncertainty is resolved in favor of protection. HentaiStudio may restrict content immediately where adult status, fictional origin, or the absence of an actual minor cannot be established with sufficient confidence.

• No actual, fictional, illustrated, animated, roleplayed, or AI-generated sexual depiction of a minor.
• No loli, shota, prepubescent, childlike, school-age, youth-coded, age-regression, or age-ambiguous sexual presentation.
• No sexualization of childhood, infancy, puberty, guardianship, adoption, foster care, parent-child roles, dependency, or comparable minor-coded relationships.
• No attempt to make an adult character appear younger, smaller, less developed, childlike, or otherwise underage.
• No coded language, misspelling, translation, cropped media, hidden metadata, misleading age labels, or other evasion intended to conceal minor-related meaning.
• No reporting-channel upload or redistribution of suspected child sexual abuse material. Report the exact URL and provide a textual explanation instead.

8. Submission review, provenance, and operational controls

8.1. HentaiStudio may apply upload limits, file validation, metadata review, prohibited-term detection, automated classification, hash comparison, Account risk signals, manual review, complaint history, and other proportionate controls to enforce the permitted synthetic-fictional content model.

8.2. Moderation is risk-based and cannot guarantee that every false certification, concealed source, rights violation, actual person, or prohibited depiction will be detected before publication.

8.3. Publication, technical acceptance, thumbnailing, indexing, ranking, featuring, advertising placement, or continued availability does not certify the submission’s origin, create a performer record, verify legal compliance, or transfer the Uploader’s responsibility to HentaiStudio.

8.4. HentaiStudio may maintain reasonable uploader-acceptance, provenance, submission, moderation, report, and enforcement records for User-Uploaded Content. These records may document the Uploader’s claims and the Platform’s response, but they are not represented as statutory performer identity records and do not prove that a concealed actual person was not involved.

• Submission records: Uploader Account ID, submission ID, timestamps, policy version, certifications, file names, file types, dimensions, hashes, URLs, publication status, and moderation events.
• Creation and provenance evidence: Prompts, project files, workflow records, generation dates, editing history, source references, licenses, rights documents, and other information voluntarily supplied or requested during review.
• Character-safety records: Fictional age classification, adult-appearance review, tags, description, source-title information, and decisions concerning minor-looking or age-ambiguous presentation.
• Rights and identity complaints: Reports, notices, appeals, correspondence, evidence, decision reasons, and enforcement history concerning copyright, likeness, privacy, impersonation, real-person source media, and prohibited content.
• No false conversion: Operational provenance records are not converted into performer identification records merely by being retained by the Platform.

9. Unexpected, disputed, or misrepresented real-person content

9.1. If HentaiStudio receives a credible report or otherwise has reason to believe that content may depict an actual human being, derive from identity-specific source media, contain an actual performer, involve a minor, or materially differ from the Uploader’s certifications, HentaiStudio may immediately disable or restrict access pending review.

9.2. HentaiStudio may preserve the affected content, file hash, URL, submission record, Uploader certifications, Account and technical information, reports, and correspondence where reasonably necessary for investigation, repeat-violation enforcement, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or defense of claims.

9.3. HentaiStudio may request evidence concerning source, authorship, workflow, actual persons, performer participation, consent, age, rights, and production. Failure to cooperate or provide credible evidence may result in continued restriction or removal.

9.4. Because actual-person explicit content is prohibited under the current Platform model, HentaiStudio ordinarily will not restore such content merely because a Uploader later supplies claimed performer records or a release. Introduction of actual-performer content requires a separate Platform-wide legal and operational decision, not an individual exception through support.

9.5. Where applicable law requires preservation, reporting, disclosure, or cooperation concerning apparent child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or other serious unlawful conduct, HentaiStudio may take the actions required or permitted by law.

• Temporary quarantine or immediate public disablement.
• Request for project, source, rights, identity, age, consent, or production information.
• Permanent removal and blocking of identical or substantially similar re-uploads.
• Restriction or termination of upload privileges or Accounts.
• Preservation of relevant evidence and moderation records.
• Notification to an affected person, rights holder, service provider, or authority where appropriate and legally permitted or required.
• A statement of reasons and appeal route where appropriate or legally required.

10. AI chat and browser-local conversation history

10.1. HentaiStudio’s AI chat is a text-based interaction with fictional automated characters. Ordinary Chat Input and AI Output are not public visual depictions of a human performer and do not create performer identity records under the factual model described in this Statement.

10.2. Ordinary conversation history is designed to remain in local browser storage on the User’s device rather than in a persistent HentaiStudio server-side chat archive. Current messages and limited recent context are transmitted transiently to generate a response, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.3. Local chat storage does not authorize prohibited requests, actual-person sexual content, minor-related content, identity-specific source material, or another person’s confidential or personal information.

10.4. A User who voluntarily copies chat text into a report, support conversation, appeal, or feedback message makes that submitted excerpt available for the stated support or compliance purpose. That does not turn the text into a performer depiction or a public character upload.

11. Future actual-performer or creator features

11.1. HentaiStudio must not introduce actual-performer content, performer onboarding, verified creator accounts, real-person explicit media, identity-specific real-person generation, or another materially different production model without pausing launch and completing a separate legal, technical, privacy, security, and operational review.

11.2. Where a future model involves covered actual human performers, the Operator would need to determine every applicable primary- and secondary-producer obligation and implement required identity and age verification, records, copies of identification, aliases, depiction and URL indexing, production dates, record segregation, custodian arrangements, retention, inspection availability, records-location statements, consent and release procedures, privacy controls, employment and payment compliance, and all other applicable requirements before publication.

11.3. For covered content, 28 C.F.R. Part 75 generally requires records to be retained for seven years from creation or last amendment or addition, with additional rules following cessation of business, and requires a records-location statement on covered webpages. HentaiStudio does not publish such a statutory records-location address for current permitted fictional content because it does not claim to maintain covered performer records for that content.

11.4. A future certification-based position under § 2257A or 28 C.F.R. § 75.9 would require separate factual eligibility, formal certification, and continuing compliance. This public Statement cannot substitute for that process.

12. Reporting content-origin, performer, likeness, and child-safety concerns

12.1. Report a specific public character or media item through the Report Content button available on the affected character page. This is ordinarily the fastest method because it identifies the relevant character URL.

12.2. A person may also submit a report through the Feedback page, the support chat available in the User profile, or the DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal page.

12.3. The report should identify the exact URL, character, image, animation, video, description, tag, or other item and clearly explain whether the concern involves an actual person, performer participation, identity-specific source media, a deepfake, a minor, age ambiguity, non-consensual intimate content, copyright, or another rights issue.

12.4. Provide only information reasonably necessary for review. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, authentication codes, complete payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.

12.5. Do not download, reproduce, redistribute, attach, or upload suspected child sexual abuse material or unlawful intimate imagery merely to support a report. Provide the exact public URL and a textual explanation. If a person faces immediate real-world danger, contact the competent emergency or law-enforcement authority.

12.6. Affected Uploaders may appeal a non-DMCA decision through /feedback or profile support. Copyright notices and formal DMCA counter-notices are governed by the separate DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal Policy.

13. Status, limitations, updates, and reservation of rights

13.1. This Statement is a public factual and operational disclosure. It is not individualized legal advice, a legal opinion for any Uploader, a government certification, a court determination, or a guarantee of qualification for a statutory defense, immunity, safe harbor, advertising approval, payment-provider approval, or other legal treatment.

13.2. The legal analysis depends on actual facts. A materially inaccurate Uploader certification, hidden real-person source, actual performer, altered origin, future feature, or change in law may require a different analysis for the affected content or Platform activity.

13.3. HentaiStudio may update this Statement to reflect changes in law, regulations, official guidance, Platform functionality, upload controls, content sources, moderation procedures, reporting channels, or the actual content model.

13.4. If a material factual statement on this page becomes inaccurate, HentaiStudio should restrict or pause the affected content or functionality and update the Statement and compliance process before continuing the changed model.

13.5. Nothing in this Statement waives any defense, right, immunity, limitation, objection, remedy, or enforcement authority available to HentaiStudio, the Operator, a Uploader, a reporter, a rights holder, or another person under applicable law or contract.

14. Related policies and official legal references

14.1. This Statement should be read together with the Terms of Service, Upload Rules, Acceptable Use, Age and Content Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie, Local Storage, Analytics and Advertising Technologies Policy, DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal Policy, and Cryptocurrency Payments, Activation and Refunds Policy.

14.2. Official electronic channels are Report Content on the affected character page, the public Feedback page, and profile support for registered Users.
