English version (official)
HentaiStudio is an adults-only Platform containing public User-Uploaded Content and private fictional AI chat. Published pages ordinarily identify the public Uploader and upload date. Ordinary chat history remains in browser-local storage. HentaiStudio uses consent-controlled GA4 analytics and may display advertising supplied through TrafficStars.
You must be at least 18 and of legal age in your jurisdiction. Never enter passwords, seed phrases, private keys, payment credentials, government identifiers, or another person's private data into chat, uploads, reports, support forms, or advertising sites.
Ordinary chat history is stored locally in your browser. Current messages and limited context must still be transmitted temporarily to generate each AI response.
Fictional adult roleplay does not by itself establish facts about your real-world sexuality, health, identity, or beliefs. You are not required to disclose such information. Any explicit consent required for special-category processing must be separate from the Terms, age gate, analytics, and ads.
GA4 uses Measurement ID
G-9SQB20ZW5X. Advertising may be supplied through TrafficStars Ltd. Private chat bodies must not be intentionally sent to those providers.1. Scope, Controller, and official electronic contacts
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how HentaiStudio (the “Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, transmits, stores, discloses, and deletes information relating to Users.
1.2. It applies to public browsing, Accounts, User uploads, public uploader attribution, fictional AI chat, content reports, moderation, support, Google Analytics 4, TrafficStars advertising, consent settings, and optional Paid Support Access purchased through USDT. Content, conduct, age, and safety restrictions are governed by the Terms, the Acceptable Use, Age and Content Safety Policy, and the Upload Rules.
1.3. For purposes of this Policy, the “Controller” is the person or entity that exercises operational control over HentaiStudio and determines the purposes and means of HentaiStudio’s own processing. HentaiStudio is the service name used for the Platform and is not represented as a separately incorporated company unless the Service expressly states otherwise.
1.4. Privacy requests may be submitted through the public Feedback form, registered-user profile support, or the Report Content mechanism on the affected character page. The Feedback form and profile support deliver messages electronically to the Operator. Report Content is the preferred channel for a complaint about a specific public character or media item because it identifies the affected content.
1.5. Accepting the Terms, passing the age gate, registering, chatting, uploading, paying, scrolling, or continuing to browse is not consent to optional analytics, advertising, or another processing activity for which a separate affirmative choice is legally required.

2. Platform model and categories of Users
2.1. HentaiStudio is an adults-only service for wholly fictional, clearly adult anime, illustrated, animated, rendered, or AI-generated characters.
2.2. Public character and gallery content is submitted through the Upload page by registered Users. HentaiStudio does not become the author, performer, owner, or source of User-Uploaded Content merely by hosting, formatting, moderating, displaying, recommending, advertising around, restricting, or removing it.
2.3. Published character pages ordinarily display the Uploader’s public username or attribution identifier and the upload or publication date.
2.4. Private registration information, email addresses, IP addresses, authentication data, payment information, and private support communications are not displayed merely because a User uploaded content.
3. Information we process
3.1. Account and authentication data
- Username, internal Account ID, email address where used, Account status, registration time, language, preferences, and Paid Support Access status.
- Password hash or authentication-provider identifier, session or token information, login time, failed-login events, and security state. Plain-text passwords should not be stored.

- Request time, selected character or model, context size, status, latency, usage measurement, error code, rate-limit event, and limited abuse or security signals.
- Ordinary message bodies are not intended to be placed in routine application, analytics, advertising, page-URL, title, or referrer logs.

- Reported URL or item, character or media ID, report category, explanation, evidence, reporter contact where provided, time, status, decision, reason code, appeal, and communications.

3.6. Advertising and measurement data

- Site support content, campaign, creative, impression, click, redirect, frequency, conversion or performance signal where configured, and invalid-traffic indicators.
- Cookie, browser, device, session, opt-out, or frequency-cap identifiers where lawfully enabled.
3.7. USDT payment data
- Asset, blockchain network, destination address, sender address where visible, transaction hash, amount, time, confirmation status, Invoice or purchase reference, Activation time, expiration, refund status, and support correspondence.
- HentaiStudio does not require and will never legitimately request a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, exchange password, or one-time authentication code.
4. Public content, attribution, indexing, and removal
4.1. User-Uploaded Content submitted for publication is public. Character pages, names, descriptions, tags, images, animations, videos, public usernames, and upload dates may be viewed, copied, linked, cached, indexed by search engines, and included in public results.
4.2. Public attribution provides provenance and accountability but does not verify the Uploader’s legal identity, age, ownership, authority, or factual certifications.
4.3. HentaiStudio may modify, anonymize, replace, or remove public attribution where reasonably necessary for Account deletion, privacy, safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical migration, or protection of another person’s rights.
4.4. Removing content from HentaiStudio does not guarantee immediate deletion from search-engine caches, browser caches, archives, screenshots, external links, or independent third-party copies.
4.5. Uploaders must not place private contact details, identity documents, financial information, authentication secrets, or another person’s personal data in public content unless every required legal basis and authorization exists.
5. Private AI chat, browser-local history, and sensitive information
5.1. Ordinary private AI-chat history is designed to be stored in localStorage or comparable browser storage on the User’s device.
5.2. HentaiStudio does not intentionally maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary private chat histories and does not provide the Operator with a routine administrative viewer for browsing those histories.
5.3. To generate a response, the current Chat Input and limited recent context must be transmitted temporarily through HentaiStudio infrastructure and/or an AI provider. Local storage does not mean that no network processing occurs.
5.4. HentaiStudio does not intentionally use ordinary private chat bodies for Google Analytics, TrafficStars, advertising personalization, advertising profiles, data-broker sale, or public display.
5.5. Local history may be deleted through supported chat controls or browser settings and may be lost after clearing site data, private browsing, changing device or browser, removing the browser profile or PWA, storage failure, or loss of the device. HentaiStudio ordinarily cannot restore history stored only on the User’s device.
5.6. Anyone with access to the same unlocked device or browser profile may be able to read locally stored conversations.
5.7. Fictional adult roleplay, a selected fictional character, or use of an adults-only website does not by itself establish a factual statement about the User’s real-world sex life, sexual orientation, health, identity, beliefs, or other protected characteristics. HentaiStudio does not intentionally infer or assign such characteristics merely from fictional chat or browsing.
5.8. Users are not required to disclose real-world information concerning sex life, sexual orientation, health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic data, or biometric identifiers and should use fictionalized information where reasonably practicable.
5.9. If a User voluntarily includes personal data revealing a protected special category, and the GDPR or a comparable rule applies, an ordinary Article 6 basis does not by itself satisfy the separate conditions applicable to special-category processing.
5.10. Where HentaiStudio relies on explicit consent for such processing, consent must be requested through a separate, clear affirmative control for the specified AI-response purpose and must remain separate from the Terms, age gate, analytics consent, and advertising consent. Silence, inactivity, preselected controls, or continued browsing are not treated as explicit consent.
5.11. Explicit consent may be withdrawn prospectively at any time through the same in-product consent control or another method that is at least as easy as the method used to give consent. Feedback and profile support remain available as additional withdrawal channels. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal and may prevent future processing of Chat Input containing the affected special-category information. Withdrawal does not automatically erase browser-local history remaining on the User’s device.
5.12. Special-category information voluntarily included in Chat Input is not authorized for advertising targeting, audience creation, analytics reporting, or inference of the User’s real-world sexuality or health.
6. Purposes and legal bases
6.1. The applicable legal basis depends on the information, purpose, User’s location, provider role, and legal framework. HentaiStudio does not rely on one basis for every activity.
6.2. Where the GDPR applies, processing may rely on contractual necessity or requested pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, protection of vital interests, legal claims, or another lawful basis.
6.3. A legal basis under Article 6 does not by itself satisfy Article 9 or another special-category rule.
- Providing the Service: Accounts, public uploads with attribution, requested AI responses, free and paid features, and User-selected settings. The usual Article 6 basis is contractual necessity or steps requested by the User.
- Voluntary special-category Chat Input: Only under an applicable special-category condition, ordinarily explicit consent for the specified AI-response purpose unless another condition lawfully applies.
- Security and fraud prevention: Protecting Accounts, uploads, payments, advertising inventory, infrastructure, and Users; enforcing rate limits; detecting attacks, malware, automation, invalid traffic, and fraud. Bases may include legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- Moderation, reports, and legal claims: Reviewing notices, removing prohibited content, communicating decisions, preserving evidence, handling appeals, preventing repeat violations, and establishing or defending rights. Bases may include legitimate interests, legal obligations, and legal-claims provisions.
- Support: Answering questions and resolving Account, privacy, technical, advertising, or payment issues under contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent as applicable.
- Google Analytics 4: Aggregate traffic, usage, performance, and compatibility measurement. Where required, the basis is the User’s separate analytics consent.
- Advertising: Ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, reporting, and fraud prevention. Non-essential identifiers, personalized advertising, and related tracking use consent where required. Acceptance of the Terms is not advertising consent.
- USDT payments: Transaction matching, Activation, dispute resolution, duplicate-payment and fraud prevention, accounting, sanctions, legal obligations, and legal claims.
7. Google Analytics 4
7.1. HentaiStudio uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) with Measurement ID G-9SQB20ZW5X for aggregate website traffic, page usage, approximate geography, technical performance, and browser or device compatibility.
7.2. Where prior consent is required, the GA4 tag and analytics storage must remain blocked until the User accepts Analytics.
7.3. Depending on configuration and consent, GA4 may process page URL, title, referrer, session information, approximate location, browser, device, language, screen information, page views, scrolls, outbound-link events, site-search events, downloads, and configured events.
7.4. HentaiStudio must not intentionally send names, email addresses, private Chat Input or AI Output, uploaded-file contents, report descriptions, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, or payment secrets through GA4 event names, parameters, URLs, titles, or custom dimensions.
7.5. HentaiStudio does not intentionally use GA4 User-ID, hashed customer-list uploads, Google advertising personalization, or private chat content under this Policy version.
7.6. GA4 user-level and event-level retention is intended to be configured at no more than 14 months. The live Google Analytics property must match this statement.
- Common cookies: _ga and _ga_<container-id>, subject to Google documentation, HentaiStudio configuration, browser restrictions, consent withdrawal, and deletion.
- Google processing: Google receives analytics requests when GA4 is lawfully enabled and processes information under its own terms, privacy documentation, security measures, and transfer arrangements.

8. Advertising through TrafficStars
8.1. HentaiStudio may finance the free Service through banner, native, or in-page advertisements supplied by TrafficStars Ltd.
8.2. Advertising processing may include selecting and delivering an advertisement, frequency control, impression and click measurement, redirect handling, reporting, settlement, security, and invalid-traffic prevention.
8.3. Depending on the live configuration, advertising may be contextual or may use lawful online identifiers and prior interactions. HentaiStudio does not promise that every advertisement is personalized or contextual.
8.4. Where prior consent is required, optional advertising tags, cookies, localStorage, identifiers, pixels, redirects, or comparable tracking must remain blocked until Advertising consent is granted.
8.5. Refusing optional advertising or analytics consent must not prevent access to the core free Service. Contextual or non-personalized advertisements may still appear only where technically supported and legally permitted.
8.6. The domain, page, character, tag, or browsing context may reveal highly private adult interests. HentaiStudio does not instruct or authorize advertising based on profiling that uses personal data concerning sex life, sexual orientation, health, or another protected special category where prohibited.
8.7. HentaiStudio does not intentionally send private Chat Input, AI Output, local chat history, Account email, private support or report text, uploaded-file contents, wallet address, transaction hash, password, authentication secret, seed phrase, private key, or government identifier to advertising providers.
8.8. Advertising providers may receive the page URL or minimized contextual identifier, referrer, placement ID, IP address, browser and device information, consent signal, online identifier, impression or click event, and fraud indicators unless the integration suppresses or replaces that field.
8.9. HentaiStudio should use generic placement identifiers and the least detailed page signal reasonably available and must not encode private Chat or Account data in advertising URLs, macros, parameters, titles, or referrers.
8.10. TrafficStars states that advertising cookies may be used for relevance, frequency control, and campaign measurement and that related information may be shared with advertisers or other organizations.
8.11. A network opt-out may stop specified collection or personalization without stopping every advertisement and may need to be repeated after clearing cookies, changing browser or device, or reinstalling software.
8.12. Site support contents must not be disguised as AI messages, User uploads, system notices, consent controls, download buttons, or HentaiStudio editorial content.
8.13. Where applicable, each advertisement should be identifiable as advertising and provide the legally required information about the advertiser, payer where different, and main selection parameters to the extent supported by the advertising supply chain.

10. USDT payments and blockchain data
10.1. Optional Paid Support Access may be purchased through a one-time USDT transaction under the Terms and Payments and Refunds Policy.
10.2. Blockchain transactions are public or observable by design. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, timestamps, networks, and status may remain visible through a blockchain and third-party explorers.
10.3. HentaiStudio cannot erase or control information independently recorded on a public blockchain or retained by a wallet, exchange, custodian, bridge, or block explorer.
10.4. A wallet address or transaction hash may be personal data where it can be connected to an Account, person, purchase, support request, or transaction history.
10.5. HentaiStudio does not intentionally provide wallet addresses, transaction hashes, purchase references, or payment-support text to GA4 or TrafficStars.
11. Recipients, disclosures, and international processing
11.1. HentaiStudio does not sell private AI-chat bodies for money and does not intentionally disclose private chat bodies to GA4, TrafficStars, advertisers, or data brokers.
11.2. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, at the User’s direction, under a provider relationship, or where permitted or required by law.
11.3. Providers may process information in countries other than the User’s country. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, another Article 46 safeguard, a lawful derogation, or another valid mechanism may be used.
- Infrastructure providers: Hosting, server, CDN, storage, network, authentication, backup, and security providers.
- AI providers: Providers processing Chat Input and limited context to generate and return an AI Output and apply technical or safety controls.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, TrafficStars, advertisers, exchanges, measurement, and fraud-prevention partners, subject to the limitations in this Policy.

- Business transfers: A lawful successor, purchaser, financier, or restructuring party, subject to applicable safeguards and accrued rights.
12. Retention and deletion
12.1. HentaiStudio retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purpose, security, payment verification, reports, disputes, legal obligations, repeat-abuse prevention, and legal claims.
12.2. Retention may be extended for a specific incident, active dispute, fraud investigation, legal hold, or mandatory obligation.
- Ordinary private chat history: Stored locally until the User or browser deletes it. HentaiStudio does not intentionally maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary chat histories.
- Transient AI requests: Processed for delivery, immediate controls, response generation, and error handling without intentional routine retention of ordinary message bodies.
- Accounts: Generally retained while active and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, fraud, disputes, compliance, or enforcement.

- Reports, appeals, and support: Retained for the request and a reasonable period afterward to document the response, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect rights.
- Payment records: Retained as needed for Activation, disputes, fraud, accounting, sanctions, legal obligations, and claims. Public blockchain data remains outside HentaiStudio’s control.
- GA4: Subject to the configured Google Analytics retention setting, intended to be no more than 14 months for user-level and event-level data.
- TrafficStars: According to its current privacy and cookie documentation, purposes, technology, contracts, legal obligations, browser controls, and User choices.
13. Security, automated processing, and moderation
13.1. HentaiStudio uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, which may include HTTPS/TLS, access controls, password hashing, least privilege, rate limiting, file validation, security logging, consent controls, abuse detection, moderation, backups, and infrastructure protections.
13.2. No website, browser storage, server, network, AI provider, advertising system, redirect, or blockchain can be guaranteed completely secure.
13.3. Automated tools may assist with response generation, spam and malware detection, file validation, rate limiting, suspicious-activity detection, duplicate or hash comparison, content classification, moderation prioritization, and advertising-fraud prevention.
13.4. Automated systems may make mistakes. Human review or an appeal route may be provided for significant moderation decisions where appropriate or legally required.
13.5. HentaiStudio does not use private chat bodies to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, education, or government benefits.
14. Privacy rights and requests
14.1. Depending on applicable law, a User may have rights to confirmation, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, information about recipients or transfers, and review of certain automated decisions.
14.2. Rights are not absolute and may be limited to protect another person’s rights, prevent fraud, maintain security, preserve evidence, comply with law, or establish and defend claims.
14.3. HentaiStudio may request proportionate information to verify the requester and locate the relevant Account or record. Do not provide passwords, seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
14.4. Requests may be submitted through Feedback or profile support. Identify the requested action and the relevant Account, upload, report, consent record, purchase, or date.
14.5. HentaiStudio aims to respond without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days. Where the GDPR applies, the standard period is one month and may be extended where legally permitted because of complexity or request volume, with notice.
14.6. Users may complain to a competent data-protection or privacy authority where applicable.
14.7. Requests concerning information independently controlled by Google, TrafficStars, an advertiser, wallet, exchange, or blockchain explorer may also need to be directed to that party.
14.8. Deleting an Account does not necessarily erase localStorage remaining in the User’s browser. The User should also delete chat history or clear HentaiStudio browser storage.
15. Adults only
15.1. HentaiStudio is an adults-only Service and is not directed to children. A person under 18, or under a higher legal age required in that person’s jurisdiction, must not access, register, upload, chat, interact with adult advertising, or purchase Paid Support Access.
15.2. HentaiStudio does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children and does not authorize advertising directed to children through the Service.
15.3. If HentaiStudio reasonably determines that an underage person used the Service, it may restrict the Account, remove associated content, disable identifiers where technically possible, and delete or preserve limited information as required for safety, investigation, reporting, legal compliance, and prevention of repeat access.
16. Changes, contacts, and related documents
16.1. HentaiStudio may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, AI providers, analytics, advertising, payments, security, law, or business operations. The effective date and version appear at the top.
16.2. Material changes may be announced through the website, Account interface, consent interface, email, or another available channel where appropriate or required.
16.3. A materially different optional provider, identifier, personalization purpose, special-category use, or data-sharing arrangement must not be activated until the required disclosure, legal basis, assessment, and consent control are in place.
16.4. Privacy, Account-data, consent, advertising-privacy, security, payment-data, and general data-protection requests may be submitted through Feedback or profile support. Use Report Content for a specific public character or media item and follow the DMCA Policy for formal copyright notices and counter-notices.
16.5. A sender should provide a reliable reply contact and enough information to identify the relevant Account, item, transaction, consent choice, or date and should retain any confirmation displayed by the Service.
