AND CONTENT SAFETY POLICY

Core safety rules

1. Scope, purpose, incorporation, and definitions

1.1. This Acceptable Use, Age and Content Safety Policy (the “Policy”) governs every use of HentaiStudio, including browsing, Account activity, public character pages, images, animations, videos, descriptions, tags, uploads, private AI-character chat, Chat Input, external use of AI Output, reports, appeals, support communications, Paid Support Access, advertising interactions, payment-related conduct, automated access, and technical interaction with the Service.

1.2. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Users must also comply with the Upload Rules, DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie, Local Storage, Analytics and Advertising Technologies Policy, Cryptocurrency Payments, Activation and Refunds Policy, AI Content and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Compliance Statement, Checkout disclosures, and safety notices displayed at the point of use.

1.3. The purpose of this Policy is to protect minors, adults, actual persons, Uploaders, rights holders, reporters, Users, service providers, advertising inventory, payment systems, infrastructure, and the integrity of HentaiStudio while permitting lawful adult entertainment and fictional fantasy involving clearly adult fictional characters.

1.4. Under the current Service model, public character and gallery content is submitted through the Upload page by registered Users. Published pages ordinarily display the Uploader’s public username or attribution identifier and the upload or publication date. HentaiStudio does not become the author, performer, source, or owner of a User submission merely by hosting, formatting, moderating, displaying, recommending, advertising around, restricting, or removing it.

1.5. Conduct may violate this Policy based on its words, visual presentation, apparent age, metadata, tags, source material, surrounding context, intended meaning, requested result, foreseeable use, Account history, pattern of behavior, or attempted evasion. A disclaimer, translation, misspelling, euphemism, coded language, fictional framing, changed metadata, altered file, prompt injection, or claim of educational intent does not make prohibited conduct permissible.

1.6. HentaiStudio may apply a rule stricter than the minimum prohibited by law where reasonably necessary for child safety, consent protection, real-person protection, rights protection, provider compliance, security, payment integrity, advertising integrity, or operational risk. Nothing in this Policy requires HentaiStudio to host, generate, restore, recommend, monetize, or continue providing any particular content or request.

1.7. The “Operator” means the person or entity exercising operational control over and providing HentaiStudio. HentaiStudio is the service name used for the Platform and is not represented as a separately incorporated company unless a binding Service disclosure expressly states otherwise.

• User: Any person who accesses or uses HentaiStudio, whether registered or unregistered.
• Account: A registered profile, authenticated session, or access credential used for restricted functionality, uploading, support, or Paid Support Access.
• Uploader: A registered User who submits, uploads, publishes, or attempts to publish User-Uploaded Content.
• User-Uploaded Content: Any character, name, source title, description, tag, image, animation, video, file, metadata, reference, source material, or other information submitted by a User.
• Chat Input: Any message, prompt, instruction, selected reply, preference, or other information submitted to request an automated AI response.
• AI Output: Any automated response or other result generated in response to Chat Input and related context.
• Minor: Any actual person under 18, any actual person below the applicable legal age of adulthood, any fictional character expressly presented as underage, and any character who reasonably appears minor-looking, childlike, youth-coded, or age-ambiguous in the complete context.
• Real person: An identifiable living or deceased human being, including a private person, public figure, celebrity, influencer, creator, performer, employee, or person identifiable from a name, face, body, voice, likeness, biography, or source material.
• Automated Means: Bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, macros, bulk tools, Account farms, automated clients, or other software-controlled access, excluding ordinary browser functions and reasonable assistive technology that does not circumvent controls or impose excessive load.
• Prohibited Content or Conduct: Any content, request, upload, communication, transaction, output use, or activity prohibited by this Policy, another incorporated policy, applicable law, or a binding safety, infrastructure, payment, advertising, or provider requirement.

2. Adults-only eligibility and age safety

2.1. HentaiStudio is strictly intended for adults. A User may access or use the Service only if the User is at least 18, has reached the applicable age of legal majority, satisfies any higher local age requirement for adult content, and may lawfully access the Service in the User’s jurisdiction.

2.2. A User must not access or attempt to access HentaiStudio while underage; allow a minor to use the User’s Account, browser session, or device; intentionally display adult Service content to a minor; or help a minor bypass an age gate, parental control, Account restriction, geographic restriction, or other protective measure.

2.3. Users must not misrepresent age, identity, legal capacity, location, Account ownership, or eligibility. HentaiStudio may use proportionate age-assurance, Account, session, geographic, or access controls where reasonably necessary or legally required.

2.4. Every character used in sexual, romantic, nude, fetish, or adult content must be wholly fictional and clearly adult. A stated age of 18+, ancient fictional age, fantasy species, time travel, reincarnation, legal emancipation, fictional law, or disclaimer does not cure a youthful, childlike, or ambiguous presentation.

• No sexual, romantic, fetishized, exploitative, or nude content involving an actual, fictional, illustrated, animated, roleplayed, or AI-generated minor.
• No sexualized minor-looking, childlike, prepubescent, underdeveloped, school-aged, youth-coded, or age-ambiguous character, regardless of the claimed age.
• No age regression, sexualized infancy or childhood, child-role sexualization, adult-pretending-to-be-a-child sexual scenarios, or deliberate youth transformation.
• No sexual content where age is unknown, disputed, concealed, inconsistent, or insufficiently clear from the complete visual and contextual presentation.
• No coded terms, altered spelling, hidden metadata, misleading tags, translations, cropped imagery, fictional biology, or other framing used to evade age-safety controls.

3. Permitted fictional adult use

3.1. Subject to this Policy and applicable law, adults may use HentaiStudio to browse properly authorized fictional adult content, publish properly authorized fictional adult characters, engage in private fictional companionship, romance, flirtation, consensual adult roleplay, and other lawful adult fantasy.

3.2. Content is not prohibited merely because it is explicit, unconventional, anime-style, synthetic, fictional, or involves consensual adult power exchange. Every participant must remain clearly adult and fictional, and the scenario must not fall within a prohibited category.

3.3. Good-faith discussion of consent, law, safety, reporting, abuse prevention, recovery, journalism, history, or education is not prohibited merely because it refers to a prohibited subject, provided it does not eroticize, recreate, solicit, facilitate, or meaningfully encourage prohibited conduct.

3.4. HentaiStudio may refuse or limit a permitted request or submission for quality, model, provider, safety, legal, technical, rights, advertising, or operational reasons. A permitted topic does not create a right to a particular AI Output, publication, ranking, recommendation, monetization, or continued availability.

• Consensual fictional adults: Romantic or sexual content may involve wholly fictional characters clearly presented as adults capable of and participating in voluntary consent.
• Consensual adult power exchange: Adult BDSM, dominance, submission, restraint, or role-based authority is not prohibited solely because of the theme where consent remains clear, voluntary, and revocable and the content does not involve a prohibited category.
• Adult humanoid fantasy characters: A clearly adult humanoid fantasy, alien, robotic, supernatural, monster, kemonomimi, or anthropomorphic character is not prohibited solely because of non-human traits, provided the character is not presented as an ordinary animal, a minor, or incapable of adult human-like consent.
• Original characters: Users may upload their own clearly adult fictional characters when they satisfy the Upload Rules and possess every right required for the exact use.

4. Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and sexualized minors

4.1. HentaiStudio maintains zero tolerance for content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, solicits, depicts, describes, facilitates, trades, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors or minor-looking characters.

4.2. This prohibition applies to public uploads, private Chat Input, attempted generation, descriptions, names, tags, metadata, links, files, support messages, reports, appeals, jokes, hypotheticals, translations, roleplay, model tests, and attempts to probe or evade safeguards.

4.3. HentaiStudio may immediately disable suspected material, restrict or terminate Accounts, preserve relevant evidence, prevent re-upload, and make disclosures or reports where required or permitted by applicable law.

• Sexualized minors: Any sexual act, sexual nudity, fetishization, grooming, solicitation, romanticization, or exploitative depiction involving a minor.
• Minor-looking and age-ambiguous characters: A character who reasonably appears underage, childlike, youth-coded, prepubescent, underdeveloped, school-aged, or insufficiently adult, regardless of the stated age.
• Child sexual abuse material: Actual or apparent child sexual abuse material, links to it, requests for it, instructions for finding it, or attempts to upload, transmit, conceal, trade, distribute, preserve, or recreate it.
• Grooming and enticement: Sexual grooming, enticement, solicitation, manipulation, or recruitment of a minor or a person believed to be a minor.
• Youth-coded sexual themes: Sexualized schoolchild framing, child family roles, infancy, puberty, diapers, childlike dependency, or other themes materially sexualizing childhood or youth.
• Evasion: Coded vocabulary, altered spelling, another language, hidden metadata, misleading tags, fantasy-species claims, fictional-age claims, crops, or other techniques intended to conceal underage meaning.

5. Actual persons, non-consensual intimate content, identity, and privacy

5.1. HentaiStudio is intended for fictional characters. Users must not upload, request, generate, distribute, advertise, link to, or facilitate explicit or intimate content involving an actual or identifiable person.

5.2. Public availability of a person’s name, photographs, videos, social-media profile, celebrity status, occupation, adult-content work, or other information does not constitute permission to sexualize, impersonate, alter, or create an intimate depiction of that person.

5.3. Claimed consent, a release, identity document, performer record, or authorization does not make real-person explicit content eligible under the current Platform rules.

• No real-person explicit content: No photograph, recording, screenshot, scan, fake nude, sexual deepfake, face swap, body swap, undressing edit, voice clone, manipulated intimate depiction, or synthetic sexual content involving or identifiable as an actual person.
• No non-consensual intimate material: No leaked intimate content, revenge pornography, hidden-camera material, voyeurism, sexual extortion, or intimate material created, requested, or shared without valid consent.
• No identity-targeted sexual requests: Do not use an actual person’s name, face, likeness, voice, body, biography, source image, or identity-specific reference to request or disguise sexual content.
• No impersonation or deceptive endorsement: Do not present a character, Account, upload, AI Output, or communication as created, performed, approved, sponsored, or endorsed by an actual person, creator, company, studio, brand, or rights holder when it is not.
• No private or sensitive information: Do not disclose another person’s private messages, precise address, contact details, credentials, identity documents, financial data, medical information, intimate preferences, private images, or other personal data without lawful authority.
• No doxxing, stalking, harassment, or blackmail: Do not identify, locate, monitor, expose, intimidate, threaten, extort, blackmail, or facilitate harm against an actual person.
• No real-world sexual arrangements: Do not use the Service to arrange prostitution, escort services, trafficking, sexual meetups, webcam services, sugar dating, recruitment, or other real-world sexual transactions.

6. Prohibited sexual exploitation, violence, and extreme harm

6.1. The following content is prohibited whether presented as fantasy, roleplay, fiction, continuation, translation, hypothetical, joke, challenge, model test, or attempted safeguard evasion.

6.2. HentaiStudio may restrict a request or submission where the complete context or combination of otherwise neutral elements reasonably indicates an attempt to produce a prohibited category.

• Sexual assault and coercion: Rape, forced sex, sexual assault, sexual extortion, blackmail, exploitation, threats, or sexual conduct where consent is absent, overridden, or not freely revocable.
• Incapacity: Sexual activity involving a sleeping, unconscious, severely intoxicated, drugged, cognitively incapable, restrained-without-consent, or otherwise unable-to-consent person or character.
• Trafficking and sexual exploitation: Sex trafficking, sexual slavery, forced prostitution, recruitment for exploitation, commercial sexual coercion, or control of a person for sexual purposes.
• Incest and dependent family roles: Sexual or romantic conduct between close family members or persons framed as parent and child, siblings, grandparents and descendants, or comparable biological, adoptive, foster, guardianship, step-family, or dependency relationships.
• Animals and bestiality: Sexual content involving an actual animal or a being presented as an ordinary animal, pet, livestock, or creature incapable of adult human-like consent. Clearly adult humanoid fantasy characters are assessed under Section 3.
• Necrophilia: Sexual activity involving a corpse, dead body, or person presented as dead and incapable of consent.
• Sexualized extreme harm: Sexualized torture, mutilation, dismemberment, killing, snuff, severe injury, graphic gore, blood-focused sexual content, or sexual conduct intended to cause extreme physical harm.
• Sexualized self-harm: Erotic encouragement, instruction, glorification, optimization, or roleplay involving suicide, self-mutilation, eating-disorder harm, dangerous choking, or another serious self-injury behavior.
• Other unlawful sexual content: Any sexual content, solicitation, transaction, product, service, or conduct prohibited by applicable law or another binding Platform rule.

7. Uploads, rights, provenance, metadata, and content integrity

7.1. Uploading is available only to registered adult Users in good standing. Each Uploader must comply with the Upload Rules and remains responsible for the complete submission, provenance, metadata, rights, licenses, permissions, releases, consents, and factual certifications.

7.2. Published pages ordinarily display the Uploader’s public username or attribution identifier and the upload or publication date. Public attribution does not verify legal identity, ownership, authority, license, or factual certifications.

7.3. HentaiStudio’s technical processing, moderation, publication, ranking, recommendation, thumbnailing, Advertising placement, or continued hosting does not verify ownership, legality, adult status, fictional status, authorization, consent, or non-infringement and does not transfer the Uploader’s responsibility to HentaiStudio.

7.4. A Uploader’s AI-related certifications cover source files, references, prompts, edits, models, checkpoints, LoRAs, embeddings, tools, and other inputs the Uploader supplied, selected, controlled, or knowingly used. The Uploader is not required to certify undisclosed third-party general-purpose model training data outside the Uploader’s knowledge or control, but remains responsible for unauthorized inputs, deliberate infringement, identity-specific references, and unlawful output.

• Original or sufficiently authorized: Upload only material created and controlled by the Uploader or covered by rights and authorization sufficient for the exact hosting, processing, publication, display, moderation, distribution, character-page operation, and Platform promotion described in the Terms and Upload Rules.
• No unauthorized protected content: Do not upload protected franchise characters, fictional universes, logos, manga panels, anime frames, game assets, screenshots, scans, fan art, or other third-party material unless all rights required for this exact use are held.
• No reposts or disguised copies: Do not upload scraped, leaked, traced, watermarked, cropped, edited, inpainted, upscaled, style-transferred, derivative, or re-uploaded material without sufficient rights.
• AI tools do not create automatic permission: Use of an AI model, checkpoint, LoRA, embedding, prompt, reference image, style-transfer tool, or editing system does not itself establish ownership, permission, or non-infringement.
• Truthful metadata: Names, source titles, descriptions, tags, age statements, ownership claims, generation information, and other metadata must not conceal source, age, identity, infringement, or prohibited content.
• No removed rights information: Do not remove or alter watermarks, signatures, credits, ownership notices, copyright-management information, or provenance data to hide the source or rights holder.
• No malicious or deceptive files: Uploads must not contain malware, exploit code, tracking abuse, deceptive redirects, corrupted payloads, hidden prohibited content, or files intended to attack Users, moderators, or infrastructure.
• No evasive re-uploads: Do not re-upload restricted material through alternate Accounts, changed names, crops, hashes, metadata, compression, obfuscation, or other methods intended to evade enforcement.

8. Private AI chat, Chat Input, and use of AI Output

8.1. AI characters are automated fictional personas. They are not actual people, do not possess consciousness or legal capacity, and cannot enter contracts, provide valid consent, own property, receive funds, meet the User, provide emergency assistance, or communicate outside the Service.

8.2. A User is responsible for Chat Input and for any decision to copy, publish, distribute, rely on, act on, or otherwise use AI Output.

8.3. Ordinary private chat history is designed to remain in browser-local storage. HentaiStudio does not intentionally maintain a persistent ordinary server-side chat archive or routine administrative chat-history viewer. Current Chat Input and limited recent context must still be processed transiently to generate a response.

8.4. HentaiStudio may apply transient automated safety, security, rate-limit, abuse-prevention, provider, and technical controls when processing a request. HentaiStudio does not promise that every prohibited private request will be detected or that every lawful request will receive a response.

• No prohibited requests: Do not request, continue, translate, summarize, transform, encode, conceal, or facilitate content prohibited by this Policy.
• No safeguard evasion: Do not use jailbreaks, prompt injection, system-message imitation, role reassignment, coded language, repeated retries, translations, altered spelling, or multiple Accounts to bypass safety, moderation, model, context, rate, or access controls.
• No sensitive secrets: Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment credentials, authentication codes, identity documents, confidential records, or another person’s personal data.
• No professional or emergency reliance: Do not rely on AI Output as medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, psychological, emergency, identity-verification, relationship, or other professional advice.
• No deceptive publication: Do not represent AI Output as a verified statement, consent, endorsement, promise, or communication of HentaiStudio, a Uploader, an actual person, professional, authority, or rights holder.
• No real-world exploitation: Do not use AI chat to solicit victims, facilitate trafficking, arrange unlawful services, obtain credentials, manipulate vulnerable people, or conceal actual abuse.
• No high-volume extraction: Do not automate conversations, harvest outputs, create bulk datasets, or use AI chat as an unauthorized commercial feed or model-training source.

9. Privacy, sensitive information, and shared-device safety

9.1. Users are not required to disclose real-world information concerning sex life, sexual orientation, health, identity, beliefs, finances, location, relationships, or other highly private matters in fictional AI chat and should use fictionalized information where reasonably practicable.

9.2. Fictional adult browsing or roleplay does not by itself establish facts about a User’s real-world sexuality, health, identity, or beliefs. Users must not use the Service to infer, expose, publish, or target another person based on such assumptions.

9.3. Anyone with access to the same unlocked device or browser profile may be able to read browser-local conversations. Users should avoid private chat on shared or public devices and should delete local history where appropriate.

9.4. Users must not intentionally place private Chat Input, AI Output, Account identifiers, report text, payment information, authentication data, or sensitive personal information into public uploads, public metadata, URLs, tags, or advertising interactions.

9.5. If a User voluntarily copies chat text into a report, appeal, or support message, the User should provide only the minimum text reasonably necessary and must not disclose another person’s data without lawful authority.

10. Illegal, dangerous, abusive, and seriously harmful conduct

10.1. Users must not use HentaiStudio to plan, facilitate, instruct, promote, recruit for, conceal, celebrate, or materially assist unlawful or seriously harmful conduct.

10.2. Good-faith discussion of law, prevention, safety, recovery, journalism, history, or harm reduction is not prohibited merely because it references a harmful subject, but HentaiStudio may refuse assistance where the context creates a material facilitation risk.

• Violence and credible threats: Targeted threats, murder, kidnapping, torture, violent abuse, stalking, or instructions materially enabling serious physical harm.
• Weapons, explosives, and poisons: Instructions to unlawfully acquire, manufacture, modify, conceal, or use firearms, explosives, incendiary devices, poisons, or other instruments to harm people or property.
• Illegal drugs and poisoning: Manufacture, trafficking, concealment, harmful administration, or evasion relating to illegal drugs, poisons, or controlled substances.
• Hacking, malware, and credential theft: Malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, Account takeover, unauthorized exploitation, denial-of-service attacks, or theft of data or computing resources.
• Fraud and financial crime: Scams, identity theft, forged evidence, payment fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, deceptive investment activity, or concealment of criminal proceeds.
• Terrorism and violent extremism: Recruitment, propaganda, praise, financing, operational assistance, or material support for terrorism or violent extremist organizations or acts.
• Hate and discriminatory abuse: Content that incites violence, dehumanization, exclusion, or serious targeted harassment based on a protected characteristic.
• Harassment and coercive control: Targeted harassment, intimidation, extortion, blackmail, stalking, trafficking, coercive control, or manipulation of a vulnerable person.
• Self-harm encouragement: Instructions, challenges, optimization, encouragement, or glorification of suicide, self-injury, starvation, purging, or another serious self-harm behavior. Supportive and recovery-oriented discussion is permitted.
• Abuse of legal or safety processes: False emergency reports, fabricated evidence, malicious copyright or illegal-content notices, impersonation of authorities, or use of reporting systems to harass, doxx, extort, or suppress lawful activity.

11. Accounts, automation, scraping, security, and infrastructure abuse

11.1. Users must access HentaiStudio only through interfaces and methods expressly made available or authorized by the Operator and must not interfere with security, availability, rate limits, moderation, privacy choices, payments, advertising integrity, or another User’s access.

• Unauthorized automation: Do not use Automated Means to create Accounts, submit uploads or reports, generate messages, harvest outputs, consume resources, or interact with the Service at scale without written authorization.
• Scraping and bulk extraction: Do not crawl, scrape, mirror, archive, bulk-download, export, index, or systematically collect characters, media, metadata, Chat Input, AI Output, Account data, or Service data except through an expressly authorized feature.
• Model, prompt, and system extraction: Do not attempt to obtain system prompts, hidden instructions, model weights, routing logic, safety rules, source code, secrets, internal APIs, or non-public datasets through prompt injection, reverse engineering, side channels, or other means.
• Bypassing controls: Do not evade age gates, geographic restrictions, rate limits, context limits, paid-access controls, moderation, suspensions, bans, consent choices, payment checks, or security measures through multiple Accounts, proxies, altered clients, identity changes, or technical manipulation.
• Security attacks: Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, inject malicious code into, interfere with, or obtain unauthorized access to HentaiStudio, another Account, infrastructure, providers, storage, or data.
• Account abuse: Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, farm, broker, or impersonate Accounts or Paid Support Access; create deceptive Accounts; use compromised credentials; or facilitate a restricted User’s return.
• Unauthorized commercial use: Do not resell access, operate a competing service through HentaiStudio, provide outputs or media as a bulk commercial feed, or use Service data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate another model without written authorization.
• Excessive load: Do not intentionally create upload floods, repeated requests, excessive traffic, storage abuse, denial of service, or other activity that degrades availability or imposes disproportionate infrastructure cost.
• Accessibility: Reasonable assistive technology is permitted where it does not circumvent controls, extract content in bulk, create excessive traffic, or interfere with security or other Users.

12. Advertising integrity, Paid Support Access, and payment abuse

12.1. The free Service may display third-party Advertising. Users must not manipulate, automate, fabricate, incentivize, or deceptively induce advertising impressions, clicks, redirects, conversions, or other billable or measurable events.

12.2. Paid Support Access is offered only through Checkout and payment instructions officially displayed by HentaiStudio. Each purchase is a one-time transaction for a fixed term and does not authorize automatic renewal or future wallet debits.

• No advertising fraud: Do not use bots, scripts, click farms, repeated self-clicks, forced interactions, hidden frames, misleading overlays, fabricated traffic, or other methods to create invalid advertising activity.
• No interference with ad delivery: Do not tamper with ad scripts, placement identifiers, consent signals, redirects, frequency controls, anti-fraud systems, or measurement requests. This rule does not prohibit lawful browser privacy controls or content blockers.
• No stolen or unauthorized funds: Do not use cryptocurrency, wallets, exchange Accounts, credentials, or funds that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• No false payment evidence: Do not fabricate or alter transaction hashes, screenshots, blockchain-explorer information, provider messages, Invoices, refund addresses, or payment-status evidence.
• No duplicate credit or refund abuse: Do not seek multiple Activations, credits, extensions, withdrawals, or refunds for one payment or exploit an entitlement, reconciliation, or refund error.
• No payment-flow manipulation: Do not manipulate Invoice identifiers, destination information, network data, amounts, Account associations, timestamps, payment callbacks, or access-expiration records.
• No resale or transfer: Do not resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, share, or commercially broker Paid Support Access or an Account without written authorization.
• No sanctions or financial-control evasion: Do not use HentaiStudio or its payment process to evade applicable sanctions, asset restrictions, financial controls, reporting duties, or legal prohibitions.
• No wallet-secret disclosure: Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, authentication codes, or remote-access credentials through HentaiStudio.

13. Reporting channels, notices, and report abuse

13.1. The fastest method for reporting a specific public character or media item is the Report Content control on the affected character page.

13.2. Reports may also be submitted through Feedback, profile support for registered Users, or the procedures published in the DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal Policy.

13.3. A report should identify the exact URL, character, image, video, description, tag, Account, payment reference, feature, or other location; explain the concern; identify the relevant right or safety issue where known; and provide only evidence reasonably necessary for review.

13.4. If a complaint concerns private AI chat stored only in the reporter’s browser, the reporter may voluntarily copy the minimum relevant text into the report. HentaiStudio ordinarily cannot retrieve browser-local history the reporter does not provide.

13.5. Copyright complaints and formal DMCA counter-notices must follow the DMCA Policy. A general disagreement with moderation is not automatically a valid DMCA notice or counter-notice.

• Feedback: Use /feedback for public reporting, legal complaints, security reports, privacy concerns, Account issues, and general support.
• Profile support: Registered Users may use /profile for complaints, appeals, and Account-related questions.
• DMCA page: Use /dmca for copyright complaints, formal notices where available, counter-notices, and detailed content-removal procedures.
• Do not attach prohibited material: Do not download, reproduce, redistribute, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material, unlawful intimate imagery, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, seed phrases, complete payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents. Provide the exact URL and a textual explanation instead.
• No false or abusive reports: Do not submit knowingly false, fraudulent, retaliatory, extortionate, duplicative, or harassing reports or fabricate identity, authority, evidence, ownership, illegality, or infringement claims.

14. Moderation, investigation, statements of reasons, appeals, and enforcement

14.1. HentaiStudio may use automated filters, classifiers, file validation, metadata checks, duplicate or hash comparison, rate limits, Account and report history, provider controls, and proportionate manual review of flagged submissions, support requests, payment disputes, or security incidents.

14.2. HentaiStudio does not guarantee that every message, upload, character, file, or violation will be reviewed before publication or detected immediately. Publication or continued availability is not legal verification, endorsement, sponsorship, ownership determination, or transfer of User responsibility.

14.3. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, intent, apparent age, actual or foreseeable harm, rights risk, repetition, evasion, Account history, previous warnings, report quality, available evidence, provider requirements, and applicable law.

14.4. Where appropriate or legally required, HentaiStudio may provide an affected User with a clear explanation identifying the affected item, nature and duration of the restriction, principal contractual or legal ground, material facts, whether automated tools materially contributed, and available redress options.

14.5. HentaiStudio may limit details where disclosure would expose another person’s data or confidential information, facilitate evasion, compromise security, interfere with an investigation, violate law, or create a serious safety risk.

14.6. An affected User may request reconsideration through Feedback or profile support by identifying the Account, content, report, or decision reference; explaining why the decision should change; and providing material evidence.

14.7. An appeal does not automatically restore content, suspend an urgent restriction, extend Paid Support Access, or guarantee reversal. HentaiStudio may uphold, reverse, narrow, expand, replace, or return a decision for further review.

• Refuse, redirect, truncate, replace, or block Chat Input or AI Output.
• Reject, quarantine, de-index, age-restrict, disable, depublish, or remove User-Uploaded Content.
• Request source files, generation records, licenses, releases, permissions, Account verification, or other proportionate evidence.
• Apply rate limits, upload limits, context limits, device or session controls, geographic restrictions, payment checks, or renewed policy confirmations.
• Restrict upload privileges, reporting privileges, support access, AI chat, Paid Support Access, Advertising interactions, or other functionality.
• Suspend or terminate Accounts, sessions, access credentials, devices, networks, or locations where proportionate and legally permitted.
• Block hashes, files, URLs, metadata patterns, Account links, or substantially similar evasive re-uploads.
• Preserve relevant content, Account records, technical logs, reports, payment records, decisions, and correspondence.
• Notify or cooperate with infrastructure, AI, security, advertising, payment, rights-holder, regulatory, court, law-enforcement, emergency, or child-protection recipients where legally required or reasonably necessary and permitted.
• Take another proportionate action permitted by the Terms, incorporated policies, provider requirements, or applicable law.

15. Child-safety escalation, legal process, preservation, and emergency matters

15.1. Where HentaiStudio becomes subject to a reporting, preservation, disclosure, or cooperation obligation concerning apparent child sexual exploitation, trafficking, imminent danger, or other serious unlawful conduct, HentaiStudio may preserve relevant information and report or disclose it to the competent recipient as required or permitted by law.

15.2. Such information may include URLs, Account identifiers, timestamps, IP-related information, upload records, report history, payment-related identifiers, and relevant content or communications to the extent available, necessary, and legally permitted.

15.3. Users must not conduct vigilante investigations, threaten suspected offenders, redistribute prohibited material, impersonate authorities, or interfere with evidence or an official investigation.

15.4. If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact the competent local emergency or law-enforcement authority. HentaiStudio is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee immediate review of a Platform report.

15.5. Nothing in this Policy creates a general duty to monitor every User or every private communication beyond obligations imposed by applicable law. HentaiStudio may nevertheless use proportionate voluntary safety measures consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable rights.

16. Changes, governing documents, official contacts, and final provisions

16.1. HentaiStudio may update this Policy for legal, safety, security, provider, advertising, payment, technical, moderation, or product reasons. The current effective date and version will be published on this page.

16.2. An update does not retroactively convert conduct completed while permitted into a past violation. Continuing conduct after the effective date is governed by the updated Policy, subject to required notice and mandatory law.

16.3. HentaiStudio will apply and enforce restrictions with reasonable care, objectively and proportionately, taking account of the rights and legitimate interests of the affected parties and the seriousness of the relevant safety, legal, rights, or security risk.

16.4. The Terms control general contractual matters; the Upload Rules control Uploader certifications; the DMCA Policy controls copyright and content-removal procedures; the Privacy and Cookie Policies control personal data and browser technologies; the Payments Policy controls cryptocurrency purchases and remedies; and mandatory law controls over all documents.

16.5. Official electronic channels are Report Content on the affected character page, the public Feedback page, and profile support for registered Users.

16.6. If a provision of this Policy is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue to apply.
