Is HentaiStudio adults-only?
Yes. HentaiStudio is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached any higher legal age required to access adult content in their jurisdiction.
An Adults-Only User-Uploaded Anime and AI-Chat Platform
HentaiStudio provides technical tools through which registered adult Users may submit public fictional anime, illustrated, animated, rendered, or AI-generated characters and related images, videos, descriptions, tags, and gallery materials. Adult visitors may browse those submissions and use automated fictional AI-character chat.
Under the current Platform model, HentaiStudio does not itself upload public character or gallery content. All public character and gallery content is submitted through the Upload portal by registered Users.
HentaiStudio software, interfaces, technical systems, moderation notices, legal pages, branding, and other Platform-provided materials are separate from User-Uploaded Content.
The name HentaiStudio is used throughout this page to identify the website, Service, Platform features, and related online operations.
This page is a public summary. Binding rights and obligations are stated in the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Upload Rules, and the other linked policies.
User-Uploaded Content, Public Attribution, and Uploader Responsibility
Character identities, names, source or series information, biographies, descriptions, tags, images, animations, videos, and related gallery materials are selected and submitted by the registered User who uses the Upload portal.
Published character pages ordinarily display the Uploader's public username or attribution identifier and the upload or publication date. HentaiStudio may correct, anonymize, replace, or remove public attribution where reasonably necessary for Account deletion, privacy, safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical migration, or protection of another person's rights. Attribution provides transparency and provenance context but does not verify the Uploader's legal identity, age, ownership, authority, license, or factual certifications.
The Uploader remains responsible for the complete submission, provenance, metadata, rights, authorization, fictional and adult status, and material supplied, selected, controlled, or knowingly used by the Uploader.
HentaiStudio does not become the creator, performer, owner, source, or rights holder of User-Uploaded Content merely because the Service stores, formats, transcodes, indexes, displays, moderates, recommends, advertises around, restricts, or removes it.
An Uploader is not required to guarantee undisclosed training data of a third-party general-purpose model that the Uploader did not supply, select, control, or reasonably know about. This does not excuse unauthorized source material, identity-specific real-person references, intentionally infringing workflows, or unlawful copying in the submitted output.
Public uploads are not confidential. Do not include private contact details, identity documents, financial information, authentication secrets, or another person's personal data in public content without lawful authority.
Adults Only, Fictional Characters, and Safety Rules
HentaiStudio is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old and have reached any higher legal age required to access adult content in their jurisdiction.
Platform rules require sexualized characters to be wholly fictional and clearly adult. A written age, biography, tag, fictional species, ancient age, or disclaimer does not override the character's complete visual and contextual presentation.
Sexualized minors, minor-looking, childlike, youth-coded, school-aged, and age-ambiguous characters are prohibited.
Actual performers and real-person explicit material are prohibited, including photographs, recordings, deepfakes, face swaps, fake nudes, celebrity or influencer likenesses, private-person likenesses, and identity-specific source media.
HentaiStudio also prohibits child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, coercion, sexual assault, sexual extortion, real abuse, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, sexualized extreme harm, malware, stolen content, and other illegal or prohibited material.

Fictional AI Chat and Browser-Local Conversation History
A published character may include an automated fictional AI-chat experience. The chat is generated automatically and is not a live conversation with the Uploader, an actual performer, or another person.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, repetitive, incomplete, offensive, or fictional. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, identity-verification, relationship, or other professional advice.
Ordinary private chat history is designed to remain in browser-local storage on the User's device. HentaiStudio does not intentionally maintain a persistent server-side archive of ordinary private conversations or a routine administrative chat-history viewer.
To generate a response, the current User message and limited recent conversation context must still be transmitted transiently through HentaiStudio infrastructure and/or an AI provider. Browser-local history does not mean that no network processing occurs.
HentaiStudio does not intentionally send ordinary private message bodies or local conversation history to Google Analytics 4, TrafficStars, advertisers, or advertising-supply-chain partners.
Anyone with access to the same unlocked device or browser profile may be able to read locally stored conversations. Never enter passwords, seed phrases, private keys, payment credentials, identity documents, or unnecessary personal information.
Free AI Chat and Optional Paid Support Access
Standard AI chat is available without payment, subject to current technical limits, rate limits, moderation, safety controls, provider availability, capacity, geographic restrictions, and anti-abuse measures.
Users may optionally purchase fixed-term Paid Support Access. The binding price, period, payment asset, network, paid features, and material limitations are the values displayed at live Checkout before payment.
Paid Support Access may include a more capable AI model, increased conversation context, and other features expressly displayed at Checkout. No specific model, context size, speed, or feature is guaranteed unless included in the binding Checkout description for the affected purchase.
Paid Support Access is purchased through a one-time USDT transaction for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically, does not authorize recurring charges, and does not authorize future wallet debits.
Unless live Checkout expressly states otherwise, Paid Support Access is not represented as completely advertisement-free.

Advertising, Analytics, and Consent Choices
HentaiStudio may finance the free Service by displaying third-party advertising, including advertisements supplied through TrafficStars Ltd. Advertising availability, formats, and placements may vary by device, country, consent choice, Account status, provider demand, and current Platform configuration.
HentaiStudio uses Google Analytics 4 under Measurement ID G-9SQB20ZW5X for consent-controlled aggregate traffic, usage, performance, and compatibility measurement.
Analytics and Advertising are separate optional categories where prior consent is required. Passing the age gate, accepting the Terms, registering, chatting, uploading, paying, scrolling, closing a notice, or continuing to browse does not constitute a separate consent.
HentaiStudio does not intentionally provide private Chat Input, AI Output, local chat history, Account email, private support or report text, uploaded-file contents, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or government identifiers to analytics or advertising providers.
The adults-only domain and page context may reveal highly private interests. HentaiStudio does not authorize advertising based on prohibited profiling using personal data concerning sex life, sexual orientation, health, or another protected special category.
Advertising must not be disguised as an AI message, User upload, system notice, consent control, download button, navigation control, or HentaiStudio editorial content.

Report Content, Review, Removal, and Appeals
Each published character page provides a visible Report Content mechanism for reporting a specific character, image, animation, video, description, tag, Account, or other item.
A report should identify the exact content or URL, provide a clear factual explanation, identify the affected right or rule where known, and include enough information for a diligent review.
HentaiStudio may acknowledge a report, request clarification, investigate, preserve evidence, restrict visibility, quarantine, disable access, remove content, block substantially similar re-uploads, restrict upload privileges, or suspend or terminate Accounts.
Urgent child-related, real-person, non-consensual, malicious, fraudulent, manifestly illegal, or clearly infringing material may be disabled without prior notice.
Where appropriate or legally required, HentaiStudio may provide the affected User with a reason for the decision and an appeal route. An appeal does not automatically restore content or suspend an urgent safety restriction.

Copyright, Content Removal, Real-Person Prohibition, and 2257 Position
Users may upload only material they created and control or material for which they hold rights and authorization sufficient for the exact Platform use. Public availability, anonymous origin, lack of a watermark, AI generation, or reposting by others does not create permission to copy or republish.
Unauthorized manga panels, anime frames, game assets, protected franchise characters or universes, fan art, screenshots, scans, traced works, watermarked works, edits, derivatives, and scraped files are prohibited unless the Uploader holds all rights required for the exact use.
Rights holders may report challenged material through Report Content and the DMCA, Copyright and Content Removal Policy.
The current Platform rules do not accept actual human performers or real-person explicit content. Claimed consent, a release, identity document, or performer record does not make such content eligible for publication.

Publication, temporary approval, attribution, or moderation does not verify ownership, authorization, adult status, fictional status, consent, legality, or non-infringement.
Platform Role, Moderation, and Responsibility
HentaiStudio provides the technical environment for hosting, processing, displaying, discovering, reporting, moderating, and interacting with Platform content, together with related AI, payment, analytics, advertising, account, and security functionality. User-submitted public content remains attributable to the User who supplied it.
HentaiStudio is not the author, performer, producer, speaker, legal representative, owner, rights holder, or guarantor of a User submission merely because the Service stores, formats, transcodes, reviews, categorizes, indexes, recommends, advertises around, restricts, or displays it.
HentaiStudio may use manual review, automated tools, file validation, duplicate or hash comparison, metadata review, User reports, rights-holder notices, Account history, security information, provider rules, and other reasonable methods.
HentaiStudio does not promise exhaustive pre-screening or continuous monitoring of every submission except where a specific non-waivable legal obligation applies. Moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be detected or prevented.
