Every purchase is a one-time USDT transaction for the fixed term and paid features displayed at Checkout. HentaiStudio does not automatically renew access, initiate recurring charges, or obtain authority for future wallet debits. Blockchain finality does not remove a mandatory withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, termination, or refund right.
HentaiStudio will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password, authentication code, remote device access, or an additional payment to release an approved refund.
The form below is sufficient as an online withdrawal function only when its live workflow collects or confirms the required purchase information, requires final confirmation, records the request, and sends a durable acknowledgment containing the statement and time.

1. Scope, contractual status, Operator, and definitions
1.1. This Policy governs each Checkout, Invoice, cryptocurrency transfer, Confirmation, Activation, fixed access period, payment error, withdrawal statement, conformity complaint, price-reduction request, termination, refund, and payment-support request relating to Paid Support Access for HentaiStudio.
1.2. This Policy forms part of the Terms at /terms. The Acceptable Use, Age and Content Safety Policy at /acceptable-use also forms part of the Terms and continues to govern Account, safety, fraud, sanctions, advertising-integrity, and payment-related conduct. Before paying, the User must review the live Checkout, this Policy, the Terms, and mandatory pre-contract information made available for the purchase.
1.3. The User must be at least 18, have legal capacity, be legally permitted to use the Service and selected payment method, and own or be authorized to use the affected Account and funds.
1.4. Paid Support Access is a fixed-term digital service supplied in exchange for payment. Describing the purchase as support for development does not make it a charitable donation.
1.5. The “Operator” is the person or entity exercising operational control over and providing HentaiStudio. HentaiStudio is not represented as a separately incorporated company unless a binding Service disclosure expressly states otherwise.
1.6. Official electronic payment contacts are the form on this page, Feedback, and profile support. Any trader identity, geographic address, email, tax, registration, or other information required by mandatory law must be displayed directly through Checkout, the Terms, the footer, or another permanently accessible interface before the User is bound. This Policy does not require a separate page with a particular title.
1.7. A transaction-specific Checkout term controls over a conflicting general commercial statement in this Policy. Checkout cannot create undisclosed recurring billing, retroactively alter a completed purchase, or remove a mandatory right.
- Paid Support Access: Fixed-term access to the paid features displayed at Checkout; no ownership of an Account, model, software, character, database, or intellectual property is transferred.
- Checkout: The final purchase interface displaying total price, asset, Supported Network, destination or payment route, fixed term, material paid features and limits, Invoice expiration, one-time status, and required withdrawal information.
- Invoice: A unique payment request or reference associated with a purchase, Account or session, amount, asset, network, payment window, and access period.
- Confirmation: The blockchain or settlement status required before payment is treated as sufficiently final for Activation.
- Activation: The time HentaiStudio records the qualifying purchase as paid and enables Paid Support Access.
- Durable Medium: A format that allows personally addressed information to be stored and reproduced unchanged, such as email or a downloadable confirmation.
2. Free chat and Paid Support Access
2.1. Standard AI chat remains available without payment, subject to current technical limits, moderation, capacity, provider availability, geographic restrictions, and anti-abuse controls.
2.2. Paid Support Access ordinarily provides a more capable AI model, increased context, and any other benefits expressly displayed at Checkout.
2.3. A more capable model or increased context may improve continuity and quality but does not guarantee perfect memory, accuracy, consistency, availability, a particular response, or satisfaction.
2.4. HentaiStudio may replace an underlying model, provider, routing method, or implementation with a reasonably comparable or improved alternative where necessary for legality, safety, availability, security, cost, provider changes, or operation.
2.5. During an active paid term, HentaiStudio will not intentionally remove the core paid benefit without a reasonably comparable replacement, proportionate remedy, or other treatment required by mandatory law.
2.6. Unless Checkout expressly says otherwise, Paid Support Access does not guarantee a named third-party model, a particular response speed, permanent local chat history, or an advertisement-free experience.
3. Checkout, pricing, and one-time purchase
3.1. Each purchase is a separate one-time cryptocurrency transaction for the fixed period displayed at Checkout. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, recurring charge, stored payment mandate, or authority for future wallet debits.
3.2. At expiration, the Account returns to the then-available free level unless the User opens a new Checkout and initiates another purchase.
3.3. Before payment, Checkout must clearly display the total amount payable, exact asset, Supported Network, destination, fixed access period, Invoice expiration, paid features, material limitations, one-time nature, and required trader and withdrawal information.
3.4. The current primary asset is USDT. Only the exact asset, token contract where relevant, and Supported Network displayed for the Invoice are accepted.
3.5. Prices and features may change for future purchases. The binding terms for a completed purchase are those shown at Checkout and retained for that transaction.
3.6. The final order action must clearly communicate that the User is making a paid one-time order. No optional paid item may be preselected.
3.7. Search results, advertisements, AI messages, screenshots, old wallet entries, copied Invoice details, and unsolicited private messages are not authoritative payment instructions.
3.8. HentaiStudio may refuse a Checkout that appears unlawful, unsupported, fraudulent, sanctioned, or materially unsafe.
4. Sending, detecting, and confirming payment
4.1. The User initiates payment through a wallet, exchange, custodian, or other provider selected by the User. HentaiStudio does not control that provider’s checks, fees, limits, security, uptime, or terms.
4.2. A wallet status such as “sent” or “completed” is not conclusive. Payment may be treated as complete only after it is visible on the Supported Network, sends the correct asset and amount to the correct destination, matches the Invoice, and reaches sufficient Confirmation.
4.3. Confirmation requirements may vary with network conditions, transaction size, chain reorganizations, double-spend risk, fraud signals, outages, and security review.
4.4. Activation may be delayed while payment is unconfirmed, replaced, reversed, mismatched, affected by a reorganization, or reasonably subject to reconciliation, fraud, sanctions, or security review.
4.5. HentaiStudio will never legitimately request a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password, authentication code, remote device access, or an advance release fee.
5. Activation, fixed term, and confirmation
5.1. Paid Support Access is normally activated after qualifying payment is detected, sufficiently confirmed, matched to the correct Invoice and Account or session, and accepted by the relevant systems.
5.2. The fixed term begins at Activation unless Checkout clearly states another start time.
5.3. A reasonable reconciliation delay after Confirmation does not itself establish permanent non-supply, but this clause does not override a mandatory or expressly essential supply deadline.
5.4. If confirmed payment does not activate, the User should submit the Invoice reference, transaction hash, asset, network, amount, approximate time, and Account reference through official support.
5.5. After verification, HentaiStudio may activate access, restore missing time, extend the term, provide a comparable benefit, reduce the price, terminate the purchase, or refund where appropriate or required.
5.6. HentaiStudio may correct Activation caused by an invalid, reversed, double-spent, unpaid, underpaid, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or mismatched transaction, subject to good-faith review and mandatory rights.
5.7. Where required by applicable law, HentaiStudio must provide the User with confirmation of the concluded contract on a Durable Medium within a reasonable time after conclusion and, at the latest, before performance of the paid service begins. The confirmation must include the purchase reference, total amount, asset, Supported Network, fixed term, material paid features, Activation and expiration information, one-time and non-renewing status, applicable Policy version, required pre-contract information, and any legally required immediate-performance or withdrawal acknowledgment.
6. Payment errors and recovery
6.1. Cryptocurrency transfers may be difficult or impossible to reverse. Recovery depends on whether HentaiStudio or its provider received and controls the funds, supports the asset and network, can identify the transaction, can recover it safely, and may legally return it.
6.2. The User should contact official support promptly and must not send another transfer unless instructed through live Checkout or authenticated support.
- Wrong destination: HentaiStudio cannot return funds it never received or controlled.
- Wrong network: Recovery is not guaranteed even when destination formats appear similar across networks.
- Wrong asset or token: A different, wrapped, bridged, counterfeit, or unsupported token does not satisfy the Invoice.
- Missing memo or reference: Omission may prevent matching and require manual review.
- Underpayment: The purchase is incomplete unless an authorized top-up or other solution is provided.
- Overpayment: Excess does not automatically purchase extra time; a material recoverable excess may be returned.
- Duplicate payment: After verification, unused duplicate access may be cancelled, applied elsewhere only with express agreement, or refunded.
- Expired Invoice: A late transfer may require review and may be honored, applied to a current offer with agreement, or returned where recoverable.
- Exchange or custodian: The User must obtain the on-chain hash and provide a compatible refund destination only when requested.
- Checkout error: A materially incorrect live instruction reasonably relied upon will be investigated and remedied as required by law.
6.3. Recovery costs
For exceptional User-caused recovery work, HentaiStudio may offer recovery subject to prior express agreement to actual, reasonable, itemized, disclosed costs where permitted. No fee is charged merely for submitting an ordinary request.
HentaiStudio is not required to attempt recovery that is impossible, unsafe, unlawful, disproportionate, unsupported, or likely to compromise infrastructure or another person’s funds.
7. Statutory withdrawal and online withdrawal function
7.1. Blockchain irreversibility does not eliminate a statutory withdrawal right where one applies. The period, exceptions, consequences, and procedure depend on mandatory law and the purchase facts.
7.2. Where European consumer rules apply, the ordinary period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the service contract, subject to applicable exceptions, extensions, and national implementation.
7.3. Outside a mandatory right or an express Checkout promise, HentaiStudio does not offer general change-of-mind cancellation after Activation.
7.4. A consumer may withdraw by sending an unequivocal statement before the deadline. No special legal wording is required where a clear statement is sufficient.
7.5. Where required, HentaiStudio must keep a prominently displayed, easily accessible function labelled “Withdraw from contract here” or an equally unambiguous phrase continuously available throughout the withdrawal period.
7.6. The function must allow the User to provide or confirm the User’s name, information identifying the purchase, and an electronic means for acknowledgment, and must require a separate unambiguous confirmation action.
7.7. HentaiStudio must acknowledge an online withdrawal without undue delay on a Durable Medium, including its content and submission date and time, and preserve evidence of the request and confirmation.
7.8. The general ContactForm on this page satisfies the required online function only if the live workflow actually performs every function in Sections 7.5–7.7. A generic free-text field or anchor alone is not represented as sufficient.
7.9. Where immediate supply during the withdrawal period requires a separate request or acknowledgment, Checkout must use a separate unchecked control. Payment, the age gate, and general Terms acceptance are not automatically that request.
7.10. Where law permits, a consumer who validly withdraws after expressly requesting immediate performance may owe only the proportionate value lawfully supplied before withdrawal.
7.11. HentaiStudio will not claim that cryptocurrency payment or Activation alone removes a statutory withdrawal right.
8. Supply, conformity, changes, and remedies
8.1. HentaiStudio must supply Paid Support Access in conformity with the binding Checkout description and mandatory digital-service requirements.
8.2. If access is not supplied without undue delay or within an essential agreed time, the User may request supply and may terminate where mandatory law permits.
8.3. If access materially lacks conformity, the User should report the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and restore conformity where permitted.
8.4. Remedies may include Activation, restoration, correction, comparable replacement, extension, proportionate price reduction, termination, or refund.
8.5. Where required, conformity must be restored within a reasonable time, free of charge, and without significant inconvenience, unless impossible or disproportionate under the applicable standard.
8.6. Ordinary AI variability, brief maintenance, disclosed limits, unsupported devices, User-side connection failure, local-history loss, dissatisfaction with a lawful response, or restrictions caused by material breach do not automatically prove lack of conformity.
8.7. For a service supplied over time, a price reduction or refund may be proportionate to the affected period and reduced value, unless law requires another calculation.
8.8. Material modifications during an active term are governed by the Terms and mandatory rights, including notice and termination rights where applicable.
9. Refund eligibility, amount, timing, and method
9.1. A refund may be required or approved for valid withdrawal, qualifying non-supply or lack of conformity, verified duplicate payment, material recoverable overpayment, confirmed payment that cannot be matched or activated despite sufficient evidence, an express Checkout promise, or another mandatory ground.
9.2. A refund is not ordinarily granted solely for change of mind outside a mandatory right, lawful AI-output dissatisfaction, non-use, forgotten expiration, local-history loss, User-side technical problems, market-price changes, or enforcement caused by material breach.
9.3. HentaiStudio will not retain a verified refundable amount merely because payment was made in cryptocurrency. Any refusal, reduction, or deduction must have a contractual, technical, security, evidentiary, or legal basis.
9.4. Refund amount is determined from the Checkout record, amount received, reason, conforming service supplied, affected period, and mandatory law.
9.5. A voluntary refund is ordinarily initiated within 14 calendar days after approval and receipt of the minimum information needed for safe payment. Mandatory reimbursement is made without undue delay and within every applicable deadline, including 14 days where that rule applies.
9.6. Unless law requires another method, refund is ordinarily made in the same asset and Supported Network. If the sender address cannot safely receive it, the User may be asked to expressly agree to a verified compatible address.
9.7. Mandatory reimbursement is not reduced by a fee where law requires reimbursement without cost. Voluntary recovery of a User-caused error may deduct only actual, reasonable, itemized, disclosed costs expressly accepted where permitted.
9.8. HentaiStudio should provide a refund transaction hash or equivalent confirmation. Network confirmation time after valid broadcast is outside HentaiStudio’s direct control.
9.9. HentaiStudio will never require an advance release fee, verification deposit, or tax deposit merely to deliver an approved refund.
10. Fraud, sanctions, fees, taxes, and third parties
10.1. HentaiStudio may delay Activation or refund review and preserve relevant records to investigate suspected fraud, stolen funds, unauthorized transfers, false evidence, double spending, Invoice manipulation, Account compromise, sanctions restrictions, or refund abuse.
10.2. The User must not fabricate transaction evidence, seek duplicate Activation or reimbursement, exploit entitlement errors, or use funds the User is not authorized to transfer.
10.3. Additional verification may be requested only where proportionate and reasonably necessary for legal obligations, sanctions, material fraud risk, Account ownership, or protection of another person’s funds. Wallet secrets will never be requested.
10.4. The User’s wallet, exchange, custodian, blockchain, or provider may charge network, withdrawal, conversion, spread, custody, or service fees not controlled by HentaiStudio.
10.5. Checkout must display the total amount payable to HentaiStudio and any tax or mandatory charge separately collected by HentaiStudio.
10.6. Cryptocurrency price fluctuation after valid payment does not alter the purchased term and does not itself create a refund right.
10.7. No wallet, exchange, explorer, advertiser, AI character, or third-party support person may modify live Checkout terms or make binding refund promises unless expressly authorized for the transaction.
11. Support, withdrawal submissions, and records
11.1. Payment, Activation, withdrawal, conformity, price-reduction, termination, refund, and appeal requests must be submitted through the form on this page, Feedback at /feedback, profile support at /profile, or another channel expressly published by HentaiStudio. AI chat, advertisements, social comments, blockchain memos, and unsolicited private messages are not official support channels.
11.2. The User should provide Account reference, Invoice or purchase reference, transaction hash, asset, network, amount, approximate time and time zone, safe reply contact, request type, and a concise explanation.
11.3. For withdrawal, the User may write “I withdraw from the contract” or another unequivocal statement and identify the affected purchase.
11.4. A refund address should be supplied only when requested and only after verifying the exact asset, network, and memo or tag requirements.
11.5. Never provide a seed phrase, private key, password, authentication code, remote-access credential, complete payment credential, or unnecessary private chat content.
11.6. HentaiStudio aims to acknowledge or substantively respond to a complete ordinary support request within approximately 15 days. This target does not extend a shorter mandatory deadline.
11.7. Payment Records may be retained under the Privacy Policy for Activation, reconciliation, accounting, fraud prevention, support, statutory rights, sanctions compliance, disputes, and legal claims.
12. Mandatory implementation consistency
12.1. This Policy, live Checkout, payment configuration, Account entitlements, confirmations, withdrawal interface, support process, retention, and actual refund decisions must remain materially consistent.
12.2. Checkout must show one-time status, asset, network, destination, amount, fixed term, paid features, total price, and Invoice expiration before payment.
12.3. Where immediate-performance or withdrawal acknowledgments are required, HentaiStudio must use separate affirmative controls and retain the text, timestamp, purchase reference, and Policy version.
12.4. Where an online withdrawal function is required, the live interface must collect or confirm the required identifying and reply information, require final confirmation, and send a Durable-Medium acknowledgment containing the statement and submission date and time without undue delay.
12.5. A generic ContactForm, support inbox, or anchor is not by itself represented as compliant unless the complete backend workflow performs every function in Section 12.4 and preserves evidence.
12.6. HentaiStudio will not reject a valid withdrawal, price-reduction, termination, or refund request merely because the original blockchain transaction is irreversible.
12.7. Payment and refund logs must not intentionally contain ordinary private AI-chat bodies.
Withdraw from contract here
During an applicable withdrawal period, submit a clear withdrawal statement and identify the purchase. Include your name, safe reply contact, Account reference, Invoice or purchase reference, and purchase date. A transaction hash may be included. Never provide wallet secrets.
You may write “I withdraw from the contract,” but no special wording is required where a clear statement is legally sufficient. The live workflow must ask for final confirmation and send a retainable acknowledgment containing the statement and submission date and time where required by law.
Payment, Activation, Withdrawal and Refund Support
Use this form for missing Activation, pending payment, transfer errors, withdrawal, non-supply, lack of conformity, price reduction, termination, refunds, refund status, or payment appeals. Include the Account and purchase references, transaction hash, asset, network, amount, approximate time, request type, safe reply contact, and a concise explanation.
