Uploader responsibility
As between you and HentaiStudio, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for your submission, certifications, Account activity, and violations caused by the material you supply.
- You must be the lawful holder of a registered Account, be logged in, and remain in good standing. You may not submit through another person's Account or allow another person to submit through yours.
- You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and be legally permitted to access, create, possess, and submit the affected adult content in every jurisdiction applicable to you.
- Every sexualized character must be wholly fictional, clearly represented as an adult aged 18 or older, and reasonably appear adult based on the complete visual, narrative, relational, behavioral, and contextual presentation.
- You may submit only content that you created and control or content for which you hold rights and written authorization sufficient for the exact hosting, processing, publication, moderation, display, distribution, and promotional uses described here and in the Terms.
- No unauthorized repost, screenshot, crop, edit, inpaint, derivative, traced work, upscale, style transfer, manga panel, anime frame, game asset, scan, watermark removal, or scraped file. Technical alteration does not create permission.
- No unauthorized fan art, franchise character, protected fictional universe, trademarked branding, logo, or confusingly similar character identity. A label such as “fan art” or “AI-generated” does not itself create a license or legal defense.
- Use of an AI generator, model, checkpoint, LoRA, embedding, prompt, reference image, editing tool, or style-transfer system does not by itself establish ownership or authorization. You must comply with the terms and licenses applicable to the tools and materials you knowingly use.
- You are responsible for inputs, references, source files, prompts, models, LoRAs, checkpoints, embeddings, and other materials that you supplied, selected, controlled, or knowingly used. You are not asked to make representations about undisclosed training data that you did not supply, select, control, or reasonably know about.
- You must provide a truthful character name, accurate tags, an accurate description, truthful source or series information where requested, and other requested metadata. False, incomplete, misleading, or evasive metadata is prohibited.
- If a right, permission, authorization, source statement, adult-status statement, fictional-status statement, or other certification later becomes inaccurate, disputed, limited, withdrawn, or expired, you must promptly notify HentaiStudio and stop relying on the affected submission.
Platform Model and Public Attribution
User-Submitted Public Content
Public character and gallery content is submitted by Users
The Upload portal is the ordinary route through which registered Users submit public character pages, images, animations, videos, descriptions, tags, and related metadata. HentaiStudio does not become the creator, owner, performer, or source of User-Uploaded Content merely by hosting, formatting, moderating, indexing, displaying, removing, or operating the Platform.
Published pages ordinarily display the Uploader's public username or public attribution identifier and the upload or publication date. That public identifier is not a verification of the Uploader's legal identity, ownership, authority, or factual certifications.
HentaiStudio may correct, anonymize, replace, or remove public attribution where reasonably necessary for Account deletion, privacy, safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical migration, protection of another person's rights, or another legitimate operational reason. Removal from HentaiStudio does not guarantee immediate removal from browser caches, search engines, archives, screenshots, or independent third-party copies.
Uploads are public and not confidential. Do not include a legal name, private address, email address, telephone number, identity document, financial information, authentication secret, or another person's personal data unless disclosure is lawful, necessary, and fully authorized.
Uploader Certification
Binding Representations, Warranties, and Agreements
By uploading, submitting, posting, or otherwise making content available through HentaiStudio, you represent, warrant, certify, acknowledge, and agree that the following statements are accurate for the complete submission when made and remain accurate while you rely on the submission.
Account, age, and authority. You are at least 18, have legal capacity, are the lawful Account holder using the portal, are acting for yourself or with documented authority for the relevant rights holder, and all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
Ownership and authorization. You created and control the submission or obtained every right, license, assignment, permission, consent, release, approval, and authorization reasonably necessary for the exact reproduction, hosting, caching, technical processing, resizing, cropping, thumbnailing, transcoding, moderation, review, publication, public display, distribution, character-page operation, and Platform promotion described here and in the Terms.
User-controlled AI inputs and tools. Your certifications cover the materials you supplied, selected, controlled, or knowingly used, including prompts, reference images, source files, project files, edits, checkpoints, models, LoRAs, embeddings, textures, backgrounds, logos, audio, video, and underlying works. Your use of each knowingly selected tool or asset complies with its applicable license and terms.
No impossible training-data certification. You do not represent or warrant the contents of undisclosed training data of a third-party general-purpose model merely by using that model, unless you supplied, selected, controlled, or had actual or reasonably sufficient knowledge of the relevant material. This limitation does not excuse use of an identity-specific reference, unauthorized input, intentionally infringing workflow, or output that unlawfully copies a protected work.
Wholly fictional content and no actual performer. The submission depicts only fictional characters and synthetic, drawn, animated, rendered, or comparable fictional scenes. It does not depict an actual human performer, contain an actual person's intimate imagery, reproduce an identifiable person's likeness, or use a real person as the subject or identity-specific source of a deepfake, face swap, fake nude, or other explicit depiction.
Adults only. Every sexualized character is clearly adult, represented as at least 18, and does not reasonably appear minor, childlike, underdeveloped, school-aged, youth-coded, or age-ambiguous. Labels, lore, fictional species, ancient age, reincarnation, time travel, or a stated age of 18+ do not cure a prohibited presentation.
No infringement or unlawful material. The submission does not violate copyright, trademark, moral rights, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, contract, data protection, consumer protection, or other rights; contain illegal, stolen, hacked, leaked, deceptive, abusive, or malicious material; or violate applicable law or an incorporated Platform policy.
Public availability is not permission. AI generation, reposting by others, lack of a watermark, search-engine indexing, availability on social media, anonymous origin, or availability on another website does not establish ownership, authorization, public-domain status, fictional status, adult status, or permission to copy and republish.
Uploader responsibility. As between you and HentaiStudio, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your submission, Account activity, certifications, and violations caused by the material or information you supplied, including resulting complaints, removals, disputes, investigations, claims, and legally recoverable losses.
HentaiStudio's automated processing, technical formatting, moderation, review, approval, rejection, featuring, ranking, tagging, thumbnailing, publication, advertising placement, restriction, or removal does not constitute authorship, sponsorship, endorsement, legal advice, ownership verification, age verification, rights clearance, or a representation that the submission is lawful, authorized, safe, accurate, or non-infringing.
Continuing duty. You must provide proportionate proof when reasonably requested, cooperate with legitimate complaints and investigations, correct inaccurate information, and notify HentaiStudio if a certification, right, license, permission, authorization, or relevant fact becomes inaccurate, challenged, limited, withdrawn, or expired.
License, Advertising, and Compensation
Limited License Necessary to Operate the Platform
Rights retained by the Uploader. You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold. HentaiStudio does not acquire ownership merely because you submit content.
Operational license. You grant HentaiStudio, the Operator, successors, affiliates, moderators, contractors, hosting providers, CDN providers, storage providers, security providers, trust-and-safety providers, search and technical service providers, and other operational processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license, limited to what is reasonably necessary to host, store, cache, reproduce, transcode, resize, crop, thumbnail, technically adapt, index, categorize, moderate, review, investigate, display, distribute through the Service, make available, operate the associated character experience, promote HentaiStudio and the submitted character through HentaiStudio-controlled channels, enforce policies, and remove the submission.
Site support contents around User content. HentaiStudio may display advertisements, sponsored links, recommendations, and promotional material on or around pages containing User-Uploaded Content and may retain the resulting Platform advertising revenue. This does not transfer ownership of User-Uploaded Content to an advertiser or advertising provider.
No independent advertising-network content license. An advertising provider receives no independent right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, promote, train on, sell, or use User-Uploaded Content outside the technical delivery, contextual verification, brand-safety review, measurement, fraud prevention, or display of advertising on the Service, unless you separately authorize that use.
Duration and retained records. The operational license continues while the submission is available and, after removal, only to the extent reasonably necessary for protected backups, technical records, complaint handling, provenance evidence, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, and protection of HentaiStudio, Users, rights holders, and third parties.
Moral rights. To the extent permitted by law, you consent to the technical modifications and Platform uses expressly authorized above and agree not to assert moral or similar rights in a manner that prevents those authorized uses. This provision does not require a waiver that applicable law prohibits.
No confidentiality or compensation. Uploads are not confidential. Unless separately agreed in a signed writing, you are not entitled to payment, royalties, revenue sharing, guaranteed attribution, promotion, or other compensation.
Indemnification and Mandatory Rights
Responsibility for Third-Party Claims
Business and professional Uploaders. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an Uploader acting for business, commercial, or professional purposes agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HentaiStudio, the Operator, affiliates, successors, moderators, contractors, licensors, hosting providers, CDN providers, payment providers, security providers, and operational service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the Uploader's submission, false certification, unlawful conduct, material breach, or violation of third-party rights.
Consumer Uploaders. For a Consumer, indemnification applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law and only to loss caused by the Consumer's unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, material false certification, or infringement of another person's rights. Nothing requires an Uploader to indemnify HentaiStudio for HentaiStudio's own fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
HentaiStudio may control the defense or settlement where reasonably necessary to protect its interests. The Uploader must reasonably cooperate and must not settle a claim in a manner that admits liability or imposes an obligation on an indemnified party without that party's prior written consent.
Nothing on this page excludes a non-waivable consumer, data-protection, procedural, or other statutory right.
Zero-Tolerance Rules
Prohibited Content and Immediate-Restriction Triggers
The following content and conduct are prohibited. A violation may result in immediate rejection, quarantine, restriction, preservation, removal, Account suspension or termination, loss of upload privileges, blocking of substantially similar re-uploads, and reporting or disclosure where required or permitted by law.
Minors, minor-looking, or age-ambiguous characters
No sexualized content depicting, describing, tagging, implying, or reasonably appearing to involve a minor, childlike person, youth-coded person, underdeveloped character, school-aged character, or age-ambiguous character. A stated age of 18+ does not override the complete presentation.
Actual people, performers, or identifiable likenesses
No photographs, recordings, scans, screenshots, motion capture, intimate imagery, deepfakes, face swaps, body swaps, fake nudes, celebrity likenesses, influencer likenesses, private-person likenesses, or identity-specific explicit content involving an actual person, living or deceased.
Real-person source media
No identity-specific photograph, video, scan, recording, face embedding, body reference, voice recording, or comparable personal source material may be used to create or modify explicit content for submission.
Non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive sexual content
No rape, sexual assault, coercion, trafficking, sexual slavery, blackmail, drugging, incapacity, unconsciousness, sexual extortion, exploitation, or content presented as real abuse or real non-consensual conduct.
Other prohibited sexual content
No incest, bestiality, sexual activity involving ordinary animals, necrophilia, sexualized torture, mutilation, extreme injury, child exploitation, or other sexual content prohibited by applicable law or the incorporated Platform policies.
Copyright, trademark, or franchise violations
No unauthorized reposts, screenshots, crops, edits, inpaints, traced works, derivatives, manga panels, anime frames, game assets, scans, watermarked works, logos, franchise characters, protected fictional universes, or confusingly similar branding.
Privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or personal-data violations
No private, confidential, leaked, doxxed, stolen, hacked, voyeuristic, or unlawfully obtained material and no content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, likeness, contractual, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.
False, deceptive, or evasive submissions
No false ownership statement, false age claim, misleading tag, hidden source, removed watermark, stripped copyright-management information, impersonation, duplicate evasion, altered hash, or attempt to disguise prohibited content.
Malicious files and Platform abuse
No malware, exploit code, phishing, spam, deceptive redirect, hidden tracking abuse, automated submission abuse, unauthorized access attempt, security probe, or attempt to bypass moderation, reporting, rate limits, trust, safety, or rights-management controls.
No age-label loophole
Content may be rejected or removed even when the Uploader states that a character is “18+,” “adult,” “ancient,” or otherwise legally aged if appearance, body proportions, conduct, voice, setting, clothing, family role, tags, description, source material, or the overall impression appears childlike, youth-coded, minor-looking, or age-ambiguous.
No actual-performer upload pathway
The current Platform model does not accept actual human performers or real-person explicit material. Claimed consent, a model release, an identity document, or performer records do not make such content eligible for ordinary publication. Review the 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Compliance Statement.
Reports, Decisions, and Appeals
Report Content on Every Published Character Page
Each published character page is intended to include a Report Content mechanism. Any person or entity may use it to identify a specific character, image, video, description, tag, or other item believed to be illegal, infringing, unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or contrary to Platform rules.
A report should identify the exact URL or content item, provide a sufficiently clear explanation, identify the affected right or safety concern where known, and include enough factual information for a diligent decision. Copyright notices and counter-notices are processed under the DMCA and Content Removal Policy. Other complaints may also be submitted through Feedback.
HentaiStudio may acknowledge a sufficiently complete report, request clarification, investigate, preserve evidence, restrict visibility, quarantine, disable access, remove content, block re-uploads, or act on related Accounts. Reports should be handled in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner where required by applicable law.
Urgent, manifestly illegal, dangerous, minor-related, non-consensual, malicious, or clearly infringing material may be disabled without prior notice. Where appropriate or legally required, HentaiStudio may provide the affected Uploader with a clear reason for the restriction, disclose whether automated tools materially contributed, and provide an appeal route.
An appeal should identify the decision or submission and provide material new evidence, such as source files, generation records, licenses, permissions, corrected metadata, or evidence that no actual person or minor is involved. An appeal does not automatically restore content or suspend an urgent restriction.
The existence of reporting, moderation, review, approval, retention, restriction, or removal does not make HentaiStudio the creator or Uploader of the content and does not verify the Uploader's claims. Knowingly false, fraudulent, retaliatory, extortionate, duplicative, or abusive reports or appeals may result in restrictions or other lawful action.
Enforcement and Evidence
Operational Rights Reserved by HentaiStudio
Proof may be required
HentaiStudio may request project files, source files, prompts, generation or editing records, selected references, licenses, assignments, releases, permissions, applicable tool terms, Account verification, or other proportionate evidence relevant to origin, rights, adult status, fictional status, consent, or legality.
No automatic right to publication
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, visibility, ranking, recommendation, continued hosting, advertising compatibility, storage, availability, or any particular moderation outcome.
Restriction or removal
Content may be rejected, quarantined, disabled, depublished, age-restricted, de-indexed, limited, or removed with or without prior notice where HentaiStudio identifies legal, safety, rights, fraud, security, technical, provider, or operational risk.
Repeat-violator enforcement
Repeat infringers, repeat safety violators, evasive re-uploaders, false certifiers, and Users who abuse reporting or appeal systems may lose upload privileges and have Accounts restricted, suspended, or terminated.
Records may be preserved
Where permitted or required by law, relevant Account, submission, provenance, moderation, complaint, appeal, payment, and technical records may be preserved and disclosed for legal process, safety, fraud prevention, enforcement, or protection of rights.
No Uploader compensation
Unless HentaiStudio separately agrees in a signed writing, an upload creates no entitlement to payment, royalties, advertising revenue, revenue sharing, promotion, permanent attribution, continued hosting, or other compensation.
Moderation is risk-based, provisional, and non-exhaustive
HentaiStudio may use automated tools, manual review, User reports, rights-holder notices, hash comparison, source and metadata review, Account history, technical signals, provider rules, and other reasonable methods. Acceptance or publication does not guarantee exhaustive review or legal verification. HentaiStudio does not undertake a general obligation to pre-screen or continuously monitor every submission, except to the extent non-waivable law requires a specific action.
Relevant submission history, Account identifiers, IP-related data, device and technical logs, timestamps, file hashes, source metadata, moderation notes, certification records, complaint records, appeal records, and communications may be preserved and used to investigate abuse, process notices, prevent repeat violations, defend legal claims, comply with lawful requests, and protect Users, rights holders, providers, and the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.
HentaiStudio may disclose relevant Uploader or submission information where required by valid legal process or applicable law and may make disclosures permitted by law when reasonably necessary to address imminent harm, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, fraud, serious abuse, security incidents, or protection of legal rights.
Electronic Acceptance

By completing any required certification controls and clicking the final submission button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Upload Rules, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the DMCA and Content Removal Policy, and the 2257 Compliance Statement, and that every certification is accurate for the complete submission.
Submission constitutes binding electronic acceptance
Do not submit unless the content is original to you or sufficiently authorized for this exact use, depicts only wholly fictional and clearly adult characters, contains no actual person, actual performer, minor, minor-looking character, infringement, or other prohibited material, and you accept the applicable responsibility, licensing, cooperation, moderation, reporting, and indemnification provisions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Operator and Controller information is published in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content merely to test moderation or to obtain legal advice about material whose origin or legality is uncertain.
